Was reading Barcelona comments on Suarez supposed Bite clause. lol that's so funny.

That there's no such thing and what was very interesting is what he said about Suarez:

"We didn't rethink the decision (to sign him) and we told Luis after the bite. He knows he did wrong.

"He apologized. That's very important for us."

It's very good to hear that Barcelona see this as a wrong thing and that Suarez had to admit. That's always the step in going to help an indiviual for his mistake not act like his the victim. Like it has happened at Liverpool and many Uruguayans players and people.

Bayern have confirmed the transfer of Pepe Reina for 2.5m

And apparently Madrid will listen to offers for Xabi. I would not be surprised if he'll end up playing for Liverpool this season to be honest.

Those idiots are going to ruin their team completely. Diego Lopez, DiMaria, Xabi Alonso, Khedira could all leave, and they brought James and Kroos in...makes zero sense. I guess now that they have won their decima they dont want to win CL for next ten years...

United in talks with former City and Dutch holding midfielder Nigel De Jong. That would make their midfield complete, only spot left is a new defender.

Manquillo after signing for Liverpool: "When they tell you Liverpool want to sign you, I think like any player, you are going to be absolutely amazed and you don't think of anything else than going straight there."

That's so ridiculous, it's not even funny anymore.

Liverpool PR machine in effect again. Jype, what did I tell you!

Im surprised he didn't mention he was joining the best club in the world. Liverpool really grosses me out.

If no Vidal for them, I think their midfield is not that "complete". Vidal will make them up to the new level, with only De Jong I don't think so. Great news for us.

I'm thrilled and all that we got all our transfer dealings done so early and everyone can settled etc, but man this has got to be the most boring August from a Chelsea perspective so far in the entire Abramovich era.

I wonder if Roman feels the same and develops an itchy finger?

I'm not opposed to Torres, Mikel and Ramires out...Cavani, Pogba, Varane in. Just saying :D

Torres out, Cavani/Bony/Hernandez/ in will do for me. Mikel must stay as he's the only solid back up for Matic. Ramires out? Only if we can get Khedira/Pogba.

Vidal is actually very attacking minded, defensively he's good but he will never be a pure holding midfielder. He's a classy box-to-box player who likes to attack and get in to the box to score goals.

Nigel de Jong is the type of player Arsenal/United need, a pure cdm.
