Melanicus 5,208
I'm just going to list some raw players that can be molded. Most of these players would probably be rubbish at Chelsea, but all of them are play very well/decently at their current clubs. I like most of these players and I think a couple of down to earth hard workers could be very good for the club. Sometimes a risk on these type players is worth it (Lampard, Joe Cole, Duff) but sometimes it isn't (a lot of LIverpool players).Young and impressionable players that will look up to AVB as a god are needed, much like how the Vieille Garde look(ed) up to Emperor Mourinho.WingersJunior HoilettMarc AlbrightonAnthony PilkingtonMidfieldersBarry BannanFabian DelphJoe AllenJack RodwellRoss BarkleyDefendersSeamus ColemanNeil TaylorRyan ShawcrossI'm sure some of the more observant users have noticed a very simple paradigm. chrismada9 1,948
They said something like Chelsea made a 60 m bid for Falcao. That's just a shit rumour from an unpopular source... and even if it was a legit rumour, I'd be against the move anyway... 60m is just too much! TacticalBlues 2,817
It's over then. Biggest regret in January is missing out on Eduardo Vargas. A very talented, skilful forward who was an aboloute steal in the current climate. What makes it worse is that he isn't cup tied and its looking very possible that we'll be facing him at Napoli. He's just a player who was literally a perfect example of what we're yearning. He just about lost the South American footballer of the year award to Neymar, and it's funny to think that we couldn't put forward 11 million for Vargas and yet look too splash it on other unproven youngsters Ofcourse failing to sign Hazard and Lucas is a regret, but it's quite clear they weren't going anywhere this winter. We still have a big shout for them in Summer though
