RoyalBlues 4,050
Will be happy if cavani come hopefully, but I feel it's impossible to handle two big name who want to prove themselves in Diego and CavaniYes, but he will also know now that Costa might not fit all the season and he might want a new challenge in PL. Remy most likely will go if we do sign Cavani. 1chelsea

Pizy 19,381
No chance we're selling Ramires. One of José's favorite players and utility men. Mikel maybe just because he now has Zouma that can do essentially the same job.I really, REALLY hope José and the club are thinking the same thing we as fans are that we need another top class midfielder. I'm nervous that we'll just think "we have Loftus-Cheek in the squad so we don't need another midfielder."I think another striker is nailed on but I have no clue what else we have planned. I'd love Benteke but he'd cost a huge amount and I don't know if he'd play second fiddle to Costa.

awkjello 11
Ivanovic is rumored to sign with Monaco. Ramires probably leaving. I want to see this team next yearBest 11-------------CourtoisClyne - Varane - Terry - Azpi--------Fabregas - Matic----Willian - Oscar - Hazard-------------CostaLet's keep the front four who played a very good autumn - more defensive strength. I hope we will buy Imbula and give him a rotational role. A quiet transfer window would be nice.Bench:(Cech - would be nice to keep Cech), Cahill, Luis, Zouma, Imbula, Cuadrado, RemyThis would satisfy me a whole lot. What do you say? blu35_army 551
Cavani => with a single striker system, it's impossible to keep 2 big names. i'm prefer to get Lacazette or promote Bamford...Pirlo => too old for Premier league, Veratti is best investment or get RLC some minutes is more reliable...Clyne => No doubt, he is homegrown and has overlaping skill better than Ivanovic...Lambert => What the f**k???come on,,we are PL Champions. this status make any transfer should be easy for Board. and we're must be serious title contenders in CL next season right?? Rekin 835
In my opinion the squad still have some way to go before it can measure up to the likes of Real, Bayern and Barca.Hazard, (Cech), Terry, Costa, Courtois and Matic are the players that I find essential and that for next season will be key for any CL push.Players such as Fabregas, Zouma, Luis, Willian, Azpilicueta and Ivanovic are brilliant but have some flaw that I think could be costly in the later stages of CL (some more than others, I love azpilicueta, but if we urgently need to score some goals rather than do our usual top-game thing, I do not believe that he is the player to help with that. Zouma is still a bit raw, but is getting there. I want to see Fabregas be more influential against top opposition). Mikel, Ramires, Cahill, Oscar and Drogba are in my opinion players that I think Chelsea would do well in replacing, either externally or internally, as I believe they are too limited to have an impact at the top level. I lik Cuadrado and wont judge him yet, but if his performances continue the way they have, he will belong to the last category. I would love to see Oscar, Mikel and Ramires sold, with Drogba either being player-staff, or allowed to leave (again, this is purely based on performance, not personal feelings).Together with sales of these, and whatever loanees that would be sold, I think there will be a substantial amount in the transfer account.Positions that need reinforcing are CM, AML, CB and ST. Of these I would say CB and AML are those that need a an elite level signing, while the rest need more of a back-up option (CM goes on both categories). For the striker position, I would love to see Bamford behind Remy and Costa (although I think Mou would prefer an older and physically stronger option). For CB I think Stones or Varane would be amazing, but I realize both would be very expensive. Then there is CM and AML. For the latter I honestly think Chelsea need to go for an all out signing and get Bale. Most of us know his qualities, so no need to go into detail.CM is more interesting. Should Ramires and Mikel leave, we would need two new options. Personally, I would love to see that being Koke as an external option, with Loftus-Cheek being the second one. The lineup I would like to see us progress into the season after the next is: Costa Hazard - Willian - Bale Fab/Koke - MaticLuis - Zouma - Varane/Stones - Azpilicueta CourtoisAs some of our most talented youth players are still around 18 or less, it is highly unlikely that they will become starters for a further 2-4 years. RLC might get the chance next season to start working towards his spot, and I dont think that getting a player such as Koke/Pogba would mean the end of his chances. For players further up such as Musonda and Boga they would, if their progress allowed it, be able to fight for the Cuadrado spot, as it is likely that he will be sold if he does not improve.Luis is not young, but I think it could be a good thing as I would love to see Dasilva get some games in the near future, as he has been extremely impressive this season. All in all, that lineup would offer world class, stability and depth. I doubt it will happen as this isnt FM, but these are the changes I would make. DYC. and stroey

Blue-in-me-Veins 4,067
Keep hearing talk of Bale - is that likely? Not really. It's just because Gary Neville mentioned it yesterday on MNF. Yes Bale has been treated so poorly from the fans and media. This season alone, CR has cursed him out on 1-2 occasions for not passing to him. Fans have whistled whenever he tries to shoot, and on 2 accounts have hit his car ( one was early in the season around Aug. and recently after the El classico defeat.) To put it bluntly, he's been treated like crap, and is the new scapegoat for the madridstas. And although he has been poor this season, none of these actions should be condoned. However Florentino Perez has vowed that Bale is going nowhere, because this was 'his' buy, and he's anxious for him to be universally accepted by the fans, but that hasn't been the case so far. Bale even recently said he's going nowhere. And if they sold Bale, many teams will look to rip them off (as they should) because they know he's not wanted there, so all in all i think Bale will stay. LukakutoStamford 779
Keep hearing talk of Bale - is that likely?I felt Bale was 100% gone before the possibility of the transfer ban for Real. I still think he will be moved but with his transfer fee and wages there's not too many possible destinations. United would seem be the most logical destination. I think while Chelsea could afford Bale I think his acquisition would limit what could be done at other positions of need. I don't think we'll see a megastar transfer to Chelsea in the summer. I do think we will see more intelligent acquisitions of talented players at excellent value similar to Fabregas and Costa, which I think will mean players Scheiderlin, Nainggolan, Witsel, who can be had between 20-30 mil. I'd love to see Chelsea pick up Benteke and Batshuayi for 2nd and 3rd strikers as that would make the strike force formidable plus Benteke going to any of United, Arsenal, Liverpool is going to be a big problem. A right wing like Griezmann would be excellent as Sterling is going to cost way too much.I think Cuadrado, Luis, Remy and possibly Oscar will be sold. I think Drogs will become a coach. Superblue 6,372
The most important transfer work has been done in the past two seasons and with some of the moves that Jose, Emenalo, etc have done I have full confidence that we'll get things right this summer too.Two players I think would offer massive value are James Milner and Luiz Adriano. Milner has arguably been City's best player this season, so will no doubt weaken their squad. With Jose's preference for working with a smaller squad too, his versatility would be invaluable. Add to that he's homegrown and seeing as we don't fill our quota, I think to get him on a free would be great business.Luiz Adriano's contract at Shakhtar runs out in December which is awkward, but again would represent great business if he can be signed on a free in January, or a nominal fee can be agreed with Shakhtar. He scores goals, has good experience in the Champions League and I think would be a great challenger to Diego Costa for the striker spot. He's also more reliable than Remy from an injury point of view which takes less burden off the rest of the team. With two top strikers at the club, it would also give us the chance to perhaps bring Bamford back as our third striker. With a couple of really good signings like above to strengthen our squad for little cost, it would allow us to spend more money on one or two players who could improve the starting XI. For me if the rumours are true, I would take somebody like Bale as our big signing. He would add goals, directness, pace (particularly given the way we counter attack) and we would have somebody who could genuinely take the burden off Hazard to create and score when the team is struggling. And having Hazard and Bale flanking Costa would scare the shite out of everybody in the Premier League. kellzfresh and Muzchap
!Hazard! 3,394
How much would we need to offer for David Alaba? Bayern are reported to be interested in Ivanovic so maybe Chelsea should try a cheeky bid like £40M + Iva. One of the most complete players in the world and he would be perfect in a pivot playing next to Matic. He is basically Ramires and Koke put into one player, just insane guy and he is only 22 years old! Matic-Alaba-Cesc would be fantastic midfield and would raise our game to the next level in counter-attacks as well as possession play. I read he would prefer playing in midfield but psycho-Pep keeps putting players in weird positions. He played centreback before getting injured ffs. Apparantly Real Madrid are also interested in him.
