Cosmin 2,484
I came to see if any of you would openly admit you just sold your best player. To say something positive - Some of you have been very respectful of Mata and I applaud that. Everyone knows that what you're actually trying to say is not that we sold our best player, but that YOU bought our best player. To be honest, it's hard to tell who's our best player right now, since we have so much quality in our squad. Mind you we didn't lose against you, City, Liverpool (we actually won those games), Spurs and Arsenal. Without our 'best player'. different level 1,056
He's not making it any easier is he? With that kind of attitude he's won over so many people. The perfect guy to represent us with his skill and genuinely great personality, to achieve a legendary status with the club, but after leaving too early and now that he is a United player and a rival don't expect to see him in a Chelsea hall of fame... ivonjasper
JayC 171
What's your opinion on the state of your team? How does it feel to be insignificant?Do you reckon Utd will remain a midtable club? How could your club attract players a la Aguero when you won't be playing Champions League?I'm really not the enemy. Simply an interested football fan. I would answer your questions, but I don't think it's on topic. The funniest thing is, I actually want Chelsea to win the title as I see our hopes all but gone. emmanuel92 6
Will miss this guy to bits a true gentleman of the sport.A humble and a real profesional. Even though he is a Man U player now, I will always be on the look out for him..Don't get me Wrong I supported Chelsea before Mata and will continue..I will miss him blogging about Chelsea but most importantly I will miss him putting on a blue shirt.. Some people are ignorant and may choose to call him coward but if I was in his shoes I would have done exacrly what he did and that is to look to further my career after all he loves football more than anything else! JDY 1,290
Good luck to Juan.Just been reading his blog post and I was half expecting the cringey cliché statements that usually come with signing for another club. But as always was very professional and respectful to us, even saying that he would've rather stayed with us had the situation been different.Just getting a tad annoying with all the arrogant United fans claiming that they have come in and snatched Mata like the club was desperate to keep him. He lacks the physical attributes and he's never going to develop them. John Terry is never going to be Micah Richards and Juan Mata is never going to be Willian. He had no place here so he left, and he's done it in an immensely dignified manner.Try and be dignified in return. borriske, MetsajCFC, Barbara and 2 others
