yea thats true though. I remember how they made lukaku sound shit but know they are using all the stats in the world to back him

I don't know. The transfer fees this summer are just so hard to relate to. Take someone like Mahrez who is suddenly valued at £50m, surely Lukaku is a better deal from that perspective? At the same time, you have B.Silva joining Man C for a bit over £50m, a player I would greatly prefer to Lukaku.
I mean, we are talking about a fee that is larger than that paid for Pogba less than a year ago. Pogba, for context, was the hottest property in Europe short of Ronaldo and Messi. It just seems unreal to top that for a player like Lukaku. Excellent at scoring goals sure, but also very limited in other areas. 

Suddenly paying the clause for Belotti is no longer more than the cost of Lukaku. I hope that the board considers that. 
My biggest concern is how Conte takes this. I would like to think that he isnt a child and realises that paying £100m for a limited player is insane, but I think we really need to finish some transfers to keep him happy.

Romelu Lukaku is a full-fledged striker, who marks both right and left as well as the head.

He is accustomed to PL

He is considered a trained player in England

Even if he does not improve he should score at least 20 goals and if he progresses still he will fight for the top scorer every year

All this is taken into account in its price.

Morata, Belotti are great strikers but they have never played in PL

Ok this is fucking laughable. What exactly has Lukaku shown at International level? Also Belotti's all round play is head and shoulders above Lukakus. Cant comment on Morata, havent seen enough of him.

Never implied Belotti or Morata are, not sure where your digging that up from. As for Lukaku, he's miles from world class, he's very good but has a long way to go to even get near the names you mentioned.

He's a quality striker, he is not world class, if you are putting him in the same bracket as Suarez, Lewandowski, Benzema then I suggest you go watch full games of everyone I mentioned.

Sky sources reported yesterday the fee was agreed but half hour later a source from Everton said the fee wasn't agreed rumours says Everton leaked the story cause they want a bidding war with Chelsea and utd smart move from Everton

I've been saying (and praying) that I don't want him here for months, no butt hurt comments.
He does not play well against good defenses. His technique is lacking, he's selfish at times, stupid at others. Is he a poacher? Of course he is. Will he continue to score? Yes, although not as much IMO.
He is the kind of striker Conte seems to like, I'll give him that, but we can do better.
I said a couple of weeks ago when it looked like he was going to come here that we were going to have Torres 2.0 for double the (unworthy) price tag and become laughing stock, so on this regard I'm happy United will continue to be the laughs, but I'm concerned about where it leaves our relationship with Conte if he really wants him and is pissed we didn't get.

I wasn't wrong about Mata, de Bruyne, Cech and others we let go. They had exactly the seasons I predicted them to have in our rivals. I could be wrong about Lukaku, but I am more certain about him than all the others... Blessing in disguise especially because of the ridiculous fee. It doesn't mean I'm not worried about our future with Conte.
