Sir Mikel OBE 4,920
I guess today was kind of a big day for him. Not like he was playing before, but he has to be looking now.Preseason should be interesting.
Jase 43,479
Hardly played much last season and somehow, this thread has got more pages than Azpilicueta, Cole, Cech's thread and just 1 behind Ramires's. Not bad...
Hannah 200
The Sun: Chelsea midfielder Marko Marin has agreed a season-long loan deal with Sevilla.
Jase 43,479
As Hannah has mentioned...http://www.chelseafc.com/news-article/article/3223007/title/marin-loan-agreedChelsea Football Club and Sevilla Fútbol Club have reached an agreement for the season-long loan of Marko Marin, subject to the completion of legal documentation and a medical. The German international arrived at Chelsea last summer from Werder Bremen, but after some impressive displays on tour in America, in which he grabbed his first Chelsea goal on his debut against Seattle Sounders, a hamstring injury meant he had to wait until late September for a competitive bow.His first league start came in January in the 1-0 defeat to Queens Park Rangers, with a first competitive goal following in February's 4-1 win over Wigan Athletic at Stamford Bridge. In total during 2012/13, Marin, who is 24, appeared 16 times in our colours.Sevilla finished ninth in last season's La Liga table. You will be able to monitor Marko's progress during the campaign here on the official Chelsea website.

Jase 43,479
Am surprised and it feels like an odd loan move with him going to Sevilla but it's a decent one and he will get more game time there than here next season. Good luck!
different level 1,056
Hardly a surprise. With his poor first season and the return of De Bruyne and the arrival of Schurrle he is the 7th choice attacking midfielder (after Mata, Hazard, Oscar, Schurrle, KDB and Moses). Still good luck to Marko, hopefully he'll impress at Seville and show some of the stuff that made the people call him "German Messi" (I hate that moniker btw as I can't stand the Argentinian dwarf) . Bir_CFC 3,455
good move for both, cant sell him now unless you want emile heskey in exchange so hopefully with a decent loan he is able to impress to some extent and we can recoup our transfer fee next summer CHOULO19

zolayes 14,489
loan should be a prelude to selling him Fernando and Beigl
KonohasOrangeFlash 2,607
Best possible move in the current situation. No room for him but it's too early to let him go, so he can prove himself and get game time at Sevilla. All signs point to us selling him though, so hopefully he can increase his price tag.
