  1. Sorry for the double post, but I was thinking now that I actually need a big change in my life, I've been stagnant for 21 years now. I've been throwing it away basically. A totally new environment could do wonders for me. I could talk in and improve my English, a language I love. And most important of all, I would be able to visit Chelsea games more easily than I could from here So yeah, chances of me applying have now increased to about 0,3% Have to still think about it. I wouldn't probably get selected but applying itself is a bit scary. But overcoming fears that are holding us back is the whole point, isn't it?
  2. I saw this ad which offers jobs in GB for elderly and special needs children/youth caretaker, and I was wondering how are they perceived there? Especially if you're foreign. The salary starts from 18,500 €/year and could go up to 21,000 €/yr. Is this enough to live in GB? Keeping in mind that I wouldn't have to pay rent, only my bit of utilities in a dormitory meant specially for caretakers. It also says that it's impossible to predict in which city I would work, but 70% of clients (patients?) reside in Southern-England. Considering that London is situated in S-England, then I would also be interested how one could manage with this salary there. The chance that I would apply is like 0,1%, because I'm massively afraid of change, especially such a big one and alone. But it got me curious if I ever decided to do it or if I suggested it to somebody, then I would have something more to go on.
  3. Yeah, all of it is true. Did it also say how Tallinn has some of the worst roads in Europe? Very car hostile streets. And that half of the population is Russian.
  4. Another country going to shit thanks to corporatocratic greed, sad.
  5. Hmm, how is it possible to deduct money from savings? How do you define "savings"? If I keep money in a cookie jar, will the police come and take a % out of it?
  6. Lampard's last goal will win us the FA Cup or Europa League. Last season was Drogba's year, this one is Frank's.
  7. It would be fitting if everyone unliked those negative posts they liked back then. I'm glad to see I didn't like TX's post but I posted some nasty stuff myself, so no excuses. Can't believe how fickle I was, but I guess I grew tired of the managerial merry-go-round and Frank was the easiest one to blame. One thing is for sure, he is a legend and will stay that no matter what. I'm not saying that Frank has done nothing wrong, there certainly was friction between him and AVB, I'm just saying that it's not enough to overlook everything else he has done. His goods far outweigh the bads.
  8. You were talking here about speeding and crashing. In Estonia, if you speed and kill someone, the victim's family must pay you compensation for getting in the way. This is no joke, such case happened recently. A young pimple faced guy (who plays online rally games btw and has done real life racing, who has a rich father and is generally a spoilt fuckface) hit some other kid to death. Then the lawyers or somebody fucked something up and the result is that the father of the dead kid has to pay compensation to the already wealthy killer. Welcome to Estonia, the sacred land of criminals.
  9. Does anybody else get annoyed when people write hashtags where they don't belong (outside twitter)? What the f is the purpose?
  10. And then you will fuck off to Finland, right? I mean all good doctors leave this god forsaken place.
  11. He really should have broken the record today with a hattrick, but nevertheless I'm super delighted for him. I almost expected him to take off his shirt to reveal another shirt with the text "200 almost out, they're all for you, thanks" Just 5 years ago he had 100 less goals, amazing. Do you think he would have scored more or less as a striker? I think less, because playing deep actually helps him score more imo. As a striker he would have to be in the box all the time and he couldn't make his trademark late runs which take up 20% of his goals easily.
  12. I haven't properly watched last few games, but I watched this one and holy shit I couldn't believe how Hazard has juiced up his game. My jaw dropped when he did that business in midfield against some 3 players which ended with a rabona cross, I literally don't remember when a Chelsea player has been able to do that. It wasn't a one off either because he kept doing that, including the goal... no one had a sniff of the ball when it was at his feet. And that cross to Lampard, brilliant. At the beginning of the season I was worried he was too shy, he kept playing safely and hiding. Now I have no doubt in my mind that he's something else. We haven't had a player this good technically since Robben and even he was a one trick pony, everybody knew he was going to cut inside. But Hazard keeps bombing goal of the months with his lefty. In that sense he's unmarkable, because usually it's easy to close down one dimensional wingers' stronger side, but Eden can hurt you in many more ways. I can't believe we got him for 32 million, I never thought I would say this about such extraordinary sum of money, but it feels like a bargain. Considering today's inflated market prices for attacking players, he easily constitutes 40 million.
  13. Naah, forget my moment of wisdom. I'm feeling much better now after having taken a relaxing dump, I will feel even better after I will eat. I might just pour myself a few shots of vodka later to feel even better. Aah, it feels good having gained my senses back, after all, I am half Russian. It wouldn't be right if I suddenly stopped honouring half of my blood's culture.
  14. Try telling me that when I'm in full flow. My intelligence makes massive backward leaps with every sip. I ended up drinking cognac, rum, some incredibly shit Brazilian hooch, rhubarb vodka and washed it all down with beer. Needless to say, it was all a bad idea, I should have stopped at cognac. This was hands down the worst mix I've ever drunk. Thinking about this all... I think it's time to throw up again. I suggest all alcoholics here (I mean you, Spike) should promise not to drink again and keep that promise. Let's make a trust group and support each other.
  15. I will never drink again. Seriously kids, alcohol is BAD for you. I've been absolutely shitfaced past 2 days and I feel dead. Actually no, dead don't feel anything, I feel worse than dead. I don't know why I drink when I know I will pass out and feel shit the next day, absolutely pointless. Seriously, fuck alcohol.
  16. Basically the same thing, because without that goal we would've been out, but ended up going through. Could be considered a winner or at least an important goal.
  17. Cap was the standout character after he joined, but BlueLion was always the most iconic name long before Cap even joined. In the early years I thought BlueLion = TC. But Alex... meh.
  18. Yeah, BlueLion, for me, was the most iconic name on this forum. For a long time I even thought he was the founder, that's how iconic it was. Now he's just a wannabe Steve and Jim
