Clattenburg and his linesmen deserve to be sent to Abu Ghraib. I hope something really bad happens to him. Had that circus happened at Old Trafford, he'd have been demoted to 3rd league for life. They realized we would have beaten them 11 vs 11 so extra measures had to be taken. Fucking incompetent fuckers.

Boney...
-
Dunno. The same reason why people call Rooney fat. Except some Chels fans call him that jokingly, maybe even in a kinda caressing way
-
Glad you finally acknowledge the ridiculousness of your bias Yeah, sadly he is the type of player who has a short lifespan. The type whose main attribute is their pace.
-
It's all good and well in theory and I'm sure our coaches have been working with him on that (Holland said last season they were working on his positioning separately), it's had a little positive effect, but he will never be the same, don't deceive yourself. He's been here for almost 2 years, he's past his adaptation period, we are seeing the finished product now.

Not Fat Lampard but Fat Frank, has a better ring to it

And some people wanted to play a Cock Cup team against them. Some haven't learned that there are no guarantees in Champions League games, despite having been bitten many times before yet complacency is still epidemic, unless the opponent is from one of the top 5 leagues.
-
You're in for a disappointment, because the only way he'll be able to do that is in another league in another team, which has no hopes of winning silverware.
-
You are so biased against Mikel it's ridiculous. We could put anybody alongside him and if they perform well, it's all thanks to the other guy.. and if they perform bad, it's all because of Mikel. Today I remember at least 2 last line interceptions made by Obi, both of which would have resulted in goals had he not made them, plus one header which he simply had to win as the last man, getting hurt in the process. I guess it was all thanks to Ramires, he farted strong enough for air current to shift and roll the ball onto Mikel's feet and head.

Me too, but I definitely remember that, it was a special season for Frank. First, he scored his 100th goal, then his mom died. And shame on Kieran too, needing to analyze the shorts to establish that it wasn't from today :banghead:
-
Quite a few times today I was like "fuck, goal " but then I was like "yes! cech! " Defence was a mess though, Cech was the only good thing in it.
-
I wish he would have finished that chance he had, that would have been some goal. Too bad his shots fell mostly to his left foot today, seems to have a pretty shitty lefty... Otherwise solid going forward, but the fact remains that he cost us 1 goal and didn't win us any, so all in all a bad performance.
-
Are you being serious? How can you not remember the time when he showed that shirt? Dear lord...
-
Worth what? I don't understand your question. I want it more than the FA Cup and Cock Cup combined.
-
"He already has 18 goals and 30 assists in 63 games for Chelsea, and has been worth every penny of the £23.5 million spent by Villas-Boas to sign him from Valencia." Machine

Somewhere during the game I was thinking he was on his way of getting my MOTM vote in the match thread, until Mata went on a killing spree.
-
His post-break form has been his best yet for us. He's really flourishing in a more mobile attack.
-
Have also noticed that. He rarely gives possession away. His defending style is so similar to Terry it's scary and he strikes it as good as anyone. Really a good overall defender and player.
-
Yes Only problem with that formation is that our midfield of Mikel and Oscar would be under extreme pressure, because none of the front 3 are half decent at defending. If it was up to Robbie, we'd most likely field at least one defensive winger if we were to drop Oscar deep and one of Mata/Hazard in center, thus needing to drop one of the attacking wunderkids yet again. I can't see us playing all 4 of them with Robbie at the helm, maybe only rarely against megacrap opposition. I maintain that Neymar would be too much of a luxury signing and could potentially cause problems. I'd rather we looked at decent midfielders first.
-
Kaka, Di Maria, Alexis, Villa, Pedro and Tello are expendable.
-
Sadly those teams exist only in virtual world in full harmony. You can't have 4 superstars with the excuse that "oh we have 60 games a season, you'll get your moments".. no potential superstar likes to be a Solskjaer. If we get Neymar, we have to get rid of one of those 3, or one of them will become unhappy and leave. Who would you get rid of out of those in favour of Neymar? We are set in that area of the field for years to come, and we should look to sign only workhorse squad players happy to sit on the bench until they are here. There is absolutely no point in making a big money signing in that position. There are other areas ahead in line.
-
Talking about him being unaggressive, I remember from the game against Norwich when he got the ball deep and had acres of space in front of him to run to, but he just jogged a little and passed it back to Terry. I don't know what that was all about, he could have easily run higher up the pitch. Could it actually be that he's low on confidence? Perhaps he's not feeling too well here yet. But when he gets in the mood and isn't being all lazy, he's a joy to watch.
-
He is so black, Obama has nothing on him
-
Now that Oscar is here and seeing how good friends he is with Neymar, I am more confident in getting him than before. I know I said I wouldn't want him here, I mean where would they all fit? But you can't deny his ability and talent. It's tempting indeed. You also can't make him a squad player, somebody out of Hazard and Mata would need to be dropped (or Torres if we are planning on playing without strikers, which I doubt). I think it would be dangerous for club harmony if we signed him. We already are in perfect balance in that position with 3 starters and 2 squad players (+ de Bruyne), which keeps everybody happy.

Back then 24 million was today's 40 million.
