Completely agree. It could be put down to the manager not wanting to take risks because Chelsea seat is always red hot, so they may be scared of potential setbacks. I hope Robbie realizes soon that not doing so has its risks too. Moses, Sturridge, Marin, Romeu - all of them are being underused and it could fire us in the back if he is forced to use them. It's funny that our second choice striker said after a game in November(or late October?) that he wasn't match fit, while our indefinitely out of form first choice striker is already probably suffering from fatigue. That just shows you what a joke it is.

lmao, he didn't even slip.. usually when this happens the taker's ground foot slips a bit, but here he just got it horribly wrong.

Whenever I edit a post and save it, the post appears blank or I see only a part of it (and that part is sometimes in italics). Reloading the page makes it normal and visible again, but it's been bothering me for a while now. Using Opera 12. Here's an example

So basically this is another thread where people can salivate over the likes of Falcao and Cavani and moan about our strikers
-
It would have done fuck all

Though I remember he got in the way of the ball or the player at least 3 times Two of them were in our favour.
-
Why? Howard Webb had a decent game, something that people have failed to mention.
-
At one point during the game the commentator was reading some noteworthy stats and he mentioned that Torres' passing accuracy was 61% (or 71, don't remember exactly).

Not this shit again

When I heard the scream I knew he was off. It's very unfortunate to have barely come back from his ban, score a goal and then get this bad injury. He's still our most important defender, maybe not the most skillful one, but most important.

MOTM for me was their left-back, Enrique I believe. Nothing came through from his side. The best out of our side was... I don't even know, Cesar or Hazard perhaps. Dave was sound defensively and Hazard looked like the most likely threat when going forward. Ivanovic would deserve a mention if he hadn't been so wasteful in possession a couple of times. But no one stood out enough for me to give a proper vote. Our performance wasn't that bad, we gave no proper look at goal to them. Our Achilles' heel is our chance conversion, it's nowhere near good enough. If we finished the chances we created, we would be hailing our team. Sadly, that's not the case. I think we wouldn't have drawn with Terry on, we conceded thanks to disorganization once again.

Gutted for JT. Barely got back from his ban, scored a goal and now looks to be out for weeks or months. He looked very solid in defence, I am much more confident with him in there. That Mata shot was piss though, should have struck it low.

This shows exactly how important winning the CL was, it cannot be overestimated. Had we not won it, we could be slowly going the Liverpool way.
-
We could snatch him from Arsene and throw him in the reserves. Anything to screw with Arsenal.
-
Even though I was hasty to strip him from the legend status after the AVB saga, I realized he was right and I was wrong. The main reason why I love Chelsea and football, legend beyond words for me for all his (few) faults. Will always stay my most favourite player. If I ever were a football player, I'd aspire to be like him. If he were to leave, it would not affect my admiration towards him. I will consider it his retirement, because he will never taste more professional success than here.

What would you bet on Ferreira making an appearance?
manpe replied to manpe's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
I got a word from capriccioso, apparently he votes "yes" and bets his job at the fast food joint and his medical degree in hope that he loses the bet and people would stop calling him "the cholesterol doctor". Sad bastard. I also vote "yes" and I bet We Hate Scouse's heart, my fingers and vocal cords. If I should lose, God be my witness that I will never love, type and sing again The bald one must make it happen, or I will not bear my life anymore without my three most precious gifts. -
So that we wouldn't forget about our personal George Clooney, let's make a game out of him (sort of). If you had to bet on Paulo making an appearance this season, even if for a single minute, what and how big would you bet? Your car? Your house? Your nuts maybe? Think of something you own, but try to be creative. The game ends once Paulo Clooney sets foot on playground or failing that, when season ends. Then we will evaluate who was the biggest/smallest winner/loser. There is a poll, choose an option and when posting your imaginary bet, make sure to inform us on how you voted.

He rarely finds himself in a decent position to shoot. And when he does, he often fluffs it by overplaying. He seems to think he's a master dribbler, he is not. Most of his good dribbles are a result of the ball bouncing back from defender's feet.

Maybe the OP meant something else by "coming good"?
-
Amazing win or lucky win? Maybe the fact that we rode our luck in a must win game after drawing to swansea and cheaply giving away our leadership gave some inspiration, or would you have preferred to wait another day or two to face the music?
-
He looks here as if he tried to eat a hedgehog
-
I didn't see the game enough to judge his performance but fucking hell, the way people are talking it seems he murdered someone. Somebody even said his performance has cost us qualification from the group stage... what? Have I missed something or are points deducted for shit displays?
-
Maybe it's something that stuck from Mourinho
-
Mineiro lmao, I'd totally forgotten about him. He made like one appearance in total, didn't he?
