Completely disagree with McKenna, floating around that Chelsea want their own Xabi etc the difference is, and Jose put this brilliantly, that Xabi was always going to be a good coach. His father, he played for major teams, worked under every top elite manager.. when he speaks, you listen, he's been there, done it and won it.
