I think it's more to do with the fact the top teams aren't that good more than the bottom teams are good.

The prem was stronger in the mid 00's when United and Chelsea were dominating and winning most games with ease.

I agree mid 00's United and Chelsea were definitely stronger than our current teams, however EPL is evidently stronger as a whole than ever.

This Arsenal team is nothing special, everyone knew this is Wengers best chance at winning the Prem because every top team has had big changes.

Arsenal beat dortmund because dortmund missed so many chances including 3 sitters and arsenal scored with their first shot of the match in the 65th minute.

They have been so lucky this season, always the first to score for some wierd reason. The only times they have conceded first, they lost (villa, dormund, chelsea)
