The post above suggests Zlatan as #10 and my big Zlatan fan friend, said Zlatan is quite good at it. I forgot it but I've seen him play as 10 too.

Ibrahimović has been involved in several violent incidents with teammates, some of which have gone viral on the internet. In 2011, Ibrahimović kicked teammate Antonio Cassano in the face while Cassano was speaking to reporters.^[151] Ibrahimović has also kicked teammates Christian Wilhelmsson and Rodney Strasser during training, both caught on camera.^[152][153]

After a 2004 international friendly against the Netherlands, Ajax teammate Rafael van der Vaart publicly accused Ibrahimović of deliberately injuring him during the game. This would be THE most exciting transfer that could happen! Pogba, Koke and Co, doesn't really bring up that much emotion but with Zlatan we would practically secure the title in the summer. He's problem in the Champions League has been that the fact that he was played as a lone striker with Cavani on the wing whereas I feel Zlatan playing #10 with another physical striker would be much more suitable system for him.

Seems like you have not been paying attention since Mourinho has different tactics for every single game. Obviously Jose would not play Zlatan as #10 in a game against Barcelona or so but in games where our essential aim is to control the ball rather than run after it, he could do that role very well. Diego will get at least couple red cards every season anyways and together with his injury record it would be good to have a striker like Zlatan available. Zlatan probably wants to win the Champions League and there is no better place for him to go than Chelsea for that (Definitely not Bayern or Barcelona and probably not Real Madrid).

Listen man I'm not against the acquisition of Zlatan, there will be scenarios where we need to play two up top. My point of contention is the notion that if we acquire Zlatan, Jose will employ him in the 10. There is no way in 10000000000000 yrs Jose will put Zlatan in that role from the start, the demand he puts on the no.10 position is way too demanding for Zlatan and when you couple that with Cesc as no.8 you have the recipe for disaster.

Chelsea are lining up a shock bid for PSG striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic this summer, according to The Metro.

Jose Mourinho is a long-standing admirer of the Swede, and the pair enjoy a close relationship having worked together at inter Milan.

The Blues though will face competition for the player's signature from AC Milan and several MLS clubs.
