Exactly like Arsenal, Liverpool have only had one tough fixture in which they scraped a 1-0 win, again, just like Arsenal.

They still have all of their toughest games ahead. A bit hard to judge how good both Liverpool and Arsenal are thus far.

yup. bad decision. but i think this one has to be blamed on the line's man. i think he told the ref that the foul was inside the box. the ref took his time before giving the decision.
