I think Wesley Sneijder takes up the space on the pitch where Van Persie likes to be which forces him too far forward where he's not as comfortable. He's not a target-man. He needs to be able to roam a bit and drop deeper and pick up the ball. With Holland, he has to sit around and wait for service more which is not his game. .
