Is Ryan Mason gonna get criticized for basically doing what Mourinho would have tried to do? I get that they tried to play on the counter but it didn't even look like they had any ambition to go win it. It looked as though they were just hoping to take it all the way to penalties and try to sneak it from there. And Spurs' xG was 0.04! Who can afford Kane? Son turns 29 later this year and big clubs are unlikely to go after him since he will cross that 30 y/o mark soon. Kane damaged his career when he signed that 6-year contract and handed his future to Daniel Levy. I get that he's a Spurs man but it was such a stupid decision. If one of the Manchester clubs offer over £100m I think he goes. If that happens I can’t see them selling Son as well. Because with Kane gone they’re instantly a midtable side. With both gone they’re even worse. And they can’t attract players near that quality to replace them. I would hate more than anything to see the most talked about, most hyped up, most “adored” England player Kane playing for Man United. The media coverage would be insufferable. Never mind the fact that he’d instantly make them one of the favorites for the league and CL. If he goes to City I don’t really care. They’re already unreal so he doesn’t really change much.
