If City were really to be found guilty of cheating the system and banned from Europe for 2 seasons, would the players really want to continue playing for them, for a club with tarnished reputation? Do the best players really want to waste 2 years of their career not being able to challenge for the Champions League trophy? Plus if City were banned from Europe, they would stand to lose about 300 million across 2 seasons and without that CL money, they would need to cut back on their expenditure on players (e.g. wages, bonuses) as Gab Marcotti explained it here from 8:55 onwards. It's all been way to easy with them hardly needing to get out of second gear for most of the season. They'll be Champs with months of meaningless games ahead..zzzzzzz . Totally agree and I mentioned it before but we could quite easily get into a Scottish league scenario where one team dominates or for old geezers like me back to Liverpool in the 70's -80's. Fair play to both clubs and I don't want to sound condescending but Wolves and especially Sheffield United can get promoted and thrive in the league it's part talent and good coaching and part it's a piss poor massively overrated league.
