CL too? seriously doubt that... but we ll know soon enough against barca.

It'll be difficult of course. I'm actually picking them to beat Barca. They aren't exactly good defensively and I don't think they'll be able to completely contain Agüero and Negredo. Yaya back in world class form this season too.

I'd rather one of our direct rivals lose than Barca. I despise Barca as much as anyone here but the only English club I want to see do well in the CL is us.

hmmm, i dont know... i would rather take city in a semi than barca despite us having a good record against those cheats.

also city progressing in the CL will help us in PL.

I hate Barca more than most of our rivals in the EPL, nothing will bring a smile to my face more than seeing Messi; Sergio; Xavi; Iniesta; Alves; Valdes etc in tears - I'd prefer we send them out personally but also know that, I would much rather not risk facing them at all in the CL.

I think that City will win the league by a comfortable 6-7 points with us in 2nd.

If we think this years race for the title and top 4 is intense, I can't wait until we have a striker or two worthy of a club of our ambitions. A part of me thinks that Jose has something fucking MASSIVE planned in that department this summer. If not Rooney, and if Liverpool fail to get top 4, I really do think Jose would have the balls to spend an EPL record fee on Suarez.

We'd have a first XI easily on par with Bayern/Madrid/Barca.

city STILL have to prove themselves away from home. after watching their match against newcastle, i am more than sure of that. they have an amazing attacking strength but defensively and especially without toure/kompany, they seem lost.

i think the season is still long and an injury here or there can have a massive effect.

If the liverpool scousers don't qualify for the champs lge, then I won't be surprised if we go all out for suarez.

Can't look past them at the moment. Only a long term Kompany or Yaya injury will stop them.

I think Jose will get our boys really close, but we're just missing that one important key. A striker. I can see us having another couple of matches like our Everton one early this year where we don't have a world class, clinical finisher to bail us out RvP-style if our midfield isn't effective. City have proven this season so far that any of their 3 strikers can score loads.
