On top of that, he also doesn't have any experience in fighting against relegation and teams around Norwich at the bottom of the league all have experienced managers at the helm. Gotta say, I find this narrative that because Solskjaer is suddenly using the back 3, Sancho doesn't have a place in the system somewhat amusing. Maybe some players are different but Conte and Tuchel turned our wingers/wide players into narrow forwards/no.10s and made it work in the back 3 system.
