Man United season tickets for the season has been sold out for a while now and Old Trafford sells out. Man City just does not have the local fan support that Man Utd does. Sunderland still sells more stadium tickets than Man City does.

I remember at our Charity Shield at Villa Park v Man City outside there were all these Chinese/Japanese getting selfies stood on a wall in Man Utd tops - next thing they were getting battered by City fans

It would be much better if you could keep your conversations about what we are discussing and stop try to make it personal. The lack of local fan support for Man City is a rather known item. The strong support for other PL and lower league teams is also well known.

But how would you know about local support apart from what you have read online I don't think that is personal it is general question ?

I think when you try to bring up someone’s nationality to downplay the comment they made, you have stopped having a decent conversation. You are also assuming I have never been over there, which would be wrong. My personal tie to Chelsea FC is a pretty strong bond. You seem to be making a lot of assumptions. It is a pretty small world. A very close friend is an Arsenal fan and grew up going to matches. Another is a Red Devil and attended Old Trafford a lot. 
 

it is not just this time with me, but you have also made it personal with Vesper. I have a lot of respect for her. We do not share the same opinions on politics, but when we have discussed these things, she never made it personal about me being an American nor I about anything to do with her. We always discuss the subject at hand.
