as it stands

if we lose

and Pool and Leicester both draw

all are on 67 points

Pool will have at least 23 for a GD, so 3rd

We would have +22 at best (a one goal loss)

Leicester would have +20

so we would pip them for 4th

IF we lose by 3 or more, Leicester goes though, as they have more goals scored than us

Yes but so did Spuds and Crystal Palace today and they still lost. More vibes, but it doesn't guarantee anything.

True but they had fans back in December. Not saying it will make a difference but after no one for a year or so.. see what happens. Hopefully go in our favour..Long as we win ours meh to the rest.

Why did we lose to pissing Arsenal.

that fucking Arse 1 nil loss

was the worst result under Tuchel (and so preventable with a proper team picked)

west brom was a fluke and they have shown they can play with anyone if motivated

that nil nil BHA draw was shit too, although 2 more points does not 100% guarantee CL (as Leicester could pound spuds and if we lost by 2,3 goals they might catch us on GD)

so 7th place in the EPL now (unless a non top 7 club wins the league cup) is a big punishment in a way

as you now likely have a lot of shit conference league games in shit far away cities, and only reward if you grind out a win and take the trophy is EL, not CL

and it hurts your EPL campaign

Arse in the EL again would be great. Could instantly cross them off day 1 for any kind of challenge for the top 4 because they’ll be forced to rotate and refresh the team more often with so many games. Would’ve been annoying seeing them with only the PL to focus on and having a fully rested XI every week.

Also seeing them end the season on a high note means Arteta stays even longer. They’re going nowhere under him.
