How insightful. What was your point?

That it is absolutely dumb to compare a deal where corruption by the club's president is being investigated with Chelsea and Hazard's 32mi transfer!

Why is it dumb? People compare players and prices all the time. What's different about this one except in this case the real sum was allegedly kept a secret?

Typical dodgy Barcelona.

The funny thing is that Rossell elected himself by saying he would clean corruption from Barcelona and even processed the former board due to cash diversion...

Because you are comparing two extremely different things!

Neymar's transfer was 28mi euros (just visit Brazil's STF site and see the contract) - Santos owned 55%, DIS 40% and the other 5% were divided by a million pieces. On top of that, there were 10mi+ fees for Neymar's father, his agent, etc. So, roughly 40mi euros in the transfer of a player with 1 year in his contract.

Now, Barcelona announced 57mi for some dubious reasons. Reasons that are being unveiled now, which is the fact Sandro Rossell STOLE it from Barcelona's books and it may even be more than the 17mi, maybe even 30mi euros diverted (which would elevate the "deal" to up to 80mi euros). Adding the 15mi euros contract Neymar CAN make (with Ballon D'Or bonuses and what not), the Madrid media decided to try to make like Neymar was more expensive than Bale!

The situation for Barcelona is bad enough. The club is in the middle of a gigantic political war and this only makes things a lot worse. Since they are run by members and elected directors, they are basically a mini country (with all the pros and cons it brings). Just like in most of Italy and Brazil, Spanish clubs dont have stocks nor owners, they are run by club politics; and where there is politics, there is corruption. Or why do you think Florentino Perez loves to make huge signings? Why do you think Barça bought all these 20mi useless players (like Henrique, Keirrison, etc)?

I am absolutely laughing about the situation and how pathetic Barcelona is looking like. However, it is quite pathetic to try to make Neymar's deal to have been more than quadruple of what it really was...

If this was made by an English club, with a owner who wont steal from his own money (lol), the transfer would have been 38mi or so (with all the fees).

See, this is the response you should have given instead of an emoticon and calling me dumb. I was comparing the speculative transfer fees, I don't know jack shit about their political situation nor do I care.

Someone care to explain the whole deal ?

I will do it in hebrew, it will be faster lol:

תובעים את הנשיא של ברצלונה ואת השותפים שלו. חוזה מפוברק, סכומים לא נכונים, הלבנת הון, כסף שאבא של ניימר קיבל מהצד , זיוף מסמכים , אי תשלום מיסים ועוד.

He said:

The Charges against president of Barcelona and his partners: fabricated Contracts, incorrect amounts, money laundering, money that father of Neimer received "from the side", forging documents, failure to pay taxes and more.
