your absolutely right. Is an unknown guy giving his opinion...he even said that Chelsea want Deschamps as the new manager. lmao.

Deschamps has been considered no doubt. He wont get the job, but he would of been on a list of potential candidates IMO

Chelsea to Santos:"Lower the price of Neymar!"

Chelsea have told Brazilian club Santos that Neymar is far too costly at £41 million and that, as it stands, they have no intention of meeting the player's buy-out clause of that amount.

that is the most ridiculous piece of shit ive read in this whole thread! If that article holds even the most remote segment of truth it is no wonder we regularly see good young players go else where whilst we are not even mentioned with them. Why would we go to a club who by all accounts are adamant they dont want to sell their player and wont discuss it unless the buy out clause is met and they are then forced to, and tell them to lower their asking price? Does that not sound bizarre to anyone else?

Not at all. Didnt Aguero have a buyout clause of 62m two years ago? Doesn't mean we have to pay that. The club is trying to negotiate a transfer fee based on player potential like they do with any other player. Chelsea is taking the right approach here. We are asking them to negotiate with us.

where was i when we successfully negotiated agueros transfer? That makes no sense fella! We dont HAVE to pay the buy out clause but we cant prance up to another club who have claimed several times they dont want to sell (be that a ploy or not) and tell them to lower their asking price when, in fact, there isnt one to be lowered! Complete tosh

Neymar himself said that he's happy at Santos, so why should they lower the price? They'll tell us to pay the money they want, or the transfer won't happen (if that article is true).

This. Neymar doesnt have an asking price, because Santos are not selling the player, and doesn't want to do so. He has a buy out clause, and in general buy out clauses are too high to avoid another club hiring your own player.

Santos' president said some time ago: "I don't believe any club will pay that much for him."
