If Santos are looking for £41 million for Neymar, then how come we're only bidding £30 million??? Santos are obviously going to reject the offer!! Don't Chelsea ever learn?? :rolleyes:

When you negotiate with someone, it usually ends up somewhere in the middle and you never accept the other party's proposal right away. That's why it's called negotiating. Take a look back at Luiz transfer, and you'll see that we didn't want to pay the amount Benfica asked, and that after they had to accept it.

I usually hate having limited internet access but it might be a blessing this summer.

This one will roll on and on and on and will probably go to the last day of the window, where Stoke will get took over by a multi billionaire and gazump us City style.

Oh well, we could sign Neymar and have him join us next season. We will grind out the season with Malouda and Zhirkov. They ain't that bad, and with the 1st impression effect on a new manager they'll play decent.
