Rosenoir definitely comes across well in interviews and press conferences. Seems like a likable, intelligent guy. 

But that doesn’t mean he’s anywhere close to ready for the step up to Chelsea.

No chance. Mourinho would be sacked within a week lol. Imagine telling Jose you have to play Gittens to keep his transfer value up!! He would be going toe to toe with Egbhali in he ring!

If his main selling point is that he knows an 18 year old like the back of his hand on top of being the “best club manager in South America” then I don’t see why anyone would be advocating him coming here.

We will likely get Rosenoir now which is bad enough but managers who do well in South America, having had a poor managerial career in Europe, shouldn’t be on any want to be elite club also. 

I was listing him as a possible manager candidate years ago when he was still at Braga (2017-2019) in Portugal.
