Tevez would still be a very good signing for us. At the moment i have no idea who we are actually going to sign. Tevez looks like he is going to City, Aguero looks too pricey for us, Villa wants to go to Madrid, Ribery is too pricey and Milan won't sell Pato to us.

Man City ARE making themselves stronger this summer, especially if they get Tevez which should worry Arsenal the most. Man U have been made considerably weaker this summer already, but it depends now how they spend that money and Liverpool could also go backwards with a few players being linked out of there! With a few choice signings this summer we could pull away from the rest and definately win the league....

I do not want a striker now we have danny sturridge, i think we need a forward who can play out wide as well as through the middle 25 years old. When drogba goes to the anc i want sturridge to start and get plenty of games, i also want di santo to play in cup games next season. Stoch and manncienne should play cup games too, man utd started against boro last season with welbeck and macheda upfront i think we should do that against the whipping boys too.

Three options for Tevez

skysports

Kia Joorabchian has revealed that Carlos Tevez is considering offers from three clubs after deciding to leave Manchester United.

United announced over the weekend that the Argentine had turned down the chance to stay at Old Trafford on a permanent basis.

Tevez is now weighing up his next move following a two-year loan stint with Sir Alex Ferguson's side.

Manchester City and Chelsea have been strongly linked with the 25-year-old and Joorabchian has now confirmed they both want to sign him.

But Tevez's advisor insists there is a third offer on the table, although he declined to name the club.

"Right now we are evaluating the proposals from City, Chelsea and one other team," Joorabchian said in an interview on Radio Del Plata.

Joorabchian gave no indication of which way the striker was leaning, but added that a decision could be expected in the next 10 days.

Carlos Tevez and Luis Fabiano would be a brilliant partnership for Chelsea

Fabiano is 28 years old, benzema aka the new zidane is 21 years old, bojan is 18 ..aguero is 21

and they are all much better players.

Sturridge is being brought to play for our reserves. I am sure we are going to sell Kalou. And Di Snto looks set to go on loan to BlackBurn. So we need Tevez/Aguero.

Whats with your fixation with Zidane and Benzema. Just cus he is tall and Bald like Zidane doesnt mean he is "The New Zidane".

I agree Benzema and Aguero would be the best Strike Partnership.

Apparently Man City are winning the battle to sign Tevez, as he made up some bull shit excuse about wanting to be part of their building of a great squad...Some anti Chelsea crap like that. And also Terminator X Man UTD are gonna make a £30 m bid for Benzema, and Real Madrid have contacted Lyon about his availability, how do you feel about that? Knowing the newspapers we may end up being linked with him, maybe these two teams going for him may spark Chelsea to make a move.

Sturridge certainly won't be brought in to play for our reserves, he may make a couple of appearances in the reserves but first and foremost he will be a first team player.

Well, Sturridge is here to replace Di Santo imo. Kalou will be sold. I feel we are still gonna buy one high profile striker.

Drogba and Tevez/Aguero, Anelka and Sturridge. Thats how I see it. Sturridge would probably make appearances in Cup games.

KIA JOORABCHIAN has admitted Manchester City are the favourites to land Carlos Tevez. The Argentina ace will leave Manchester United next month after failing to agree a contract at Old Trafford.

Mark Hughes' big-spending City and Chelsea are in the running for Tevez's signature.

But they also have competition from another club, according to the striker's advisor Joorabchian.

He said: "Right now we are evaluating the proposals from Manchester City, Chelsea and one other team.

"In the next two weeks, Carlos, his agent and I will meet to sort this out.

"City is a club with most of the chances because they are building a big squad but it is not a decisive point.

"The contract with United officially runs to until June 30 and we'll respect that.

"After July 1, we'll see. We may be defined in 10 days."

Joorabchian has also hit out at Manchester United boss Alex Ferguson for failing to offer Tevez a contract earlier.

He added: "In two years, Fergurson always said we were going to sit down to negotiate but we never did so.

"He sent an offer, but it was too late because they had not offered anything in two years."

it's not look good lads ffs i hate man city  Edited by the wes

Can someone PLEASE tell me where Tevez would fit in a Man City squad

they already have...

- Robinho

- Craig Bellamy

- Jo

- Roque Santa Cruz

- Darius Vassell

nd we only have Anelka and Drogba, WE NEED HIM!!! NOT MAN CITY!!!

They could easily offload Jo and Vassell

and warnie.. they are similar in style of play if you watch them, that same relaxed skill & ability on the ball, whoever signs benzema has signed the future world player of the year

he's the biggest prospect in football.

So having the same style means he will be like Zidane if not then almost like him......? Thats Crap. No one is denying he is a grea talent, but the comparison to Zidane just cus both are tall and bald doesnt mean they will acheive the same success.
