I'm surprised that more people are turning on Poch, when the root cause has been the same problem that it's always been for the past year. It's the new administration. The lack of experience is what makes for results like these. Colwill, Caicedo are all great players that can fulfill their potential in a few years. But there will be mistakes, and without leaders to control the game on the pitch., this will continue to happen. And the inexperienced squad is down to the club, not Poch I keep bringing up Arsenal from Wengers last few seasons and after, because that's a good example for where we are right now. A factory of youth players that won fuck all. Hopefully players like Enzo can be molded into leaders, that is, if they stick around with us after back to back seasons like this one. Tbh confidence of Caicedo and others might be at absolute low and they may never pick up again, at least not here.

Pizy 18,985
The blueprint has 100% been set on how to play against Chelsea when we use this formation by both WH & Forest. 1) Sit super deep and congest the box 2) Let us have all of the possession 3) Hoof long balls repeatedly up to a super physical, athletic striker who can bully our CB’s 1v1 4) Wait for the guaranteed horror show mistake that they pounce on and score 5) Shut the game down again defensively again Of course, what could destroy this game plan that every small club we come up against will use is to have an actual, natural attacking player instead of Chilly playing high up and most importantly of all SCORE BEFORE THEY DO. If we fucking scored goals before our opponents they’d then have to open up and chase the game.

Duppy Conqueror 1,557
Havertz with the air shot.. Onto us we looked promising in pre-season but large chunk of those have either been loaned out or out injured, then we have new signings having their pre-season now.we still have flaws that can't be fixed until next window but majority of them should be soon enough. Next summer i think we'll be in a position where we can get our smaller number of additions required in earlier, have a more settled squad.and start the season better than we have this one. Title was always gonna be out of reach this year but if we sort ourselves out soon enough we can catch the other teams. bigbluewillie
