How did Conte fail? He turned around Spuds mid way through last season, and he couldn’t accept such mediocrity from such a lose club.

Honestly this speaks volume about Poch and Spuds, that they are perfect match. Okay with not winning anything, just staying somewhat competitive.

I suppose the reality is Boehly et al are going nowhere, so the best we can hope for is that they learn from their mistakes, and that the learning curve is a steep one
