A few rumours of Steve Holland. Similar to Lampard would be a risk, especially as he's never been a 'number 1' before but has a wealth of coaching experience, knowledge of the club, and I don't think would be scared to give young players chances. Could be an interesting wildcard option.

But likewise with Pochetino he's been at Ajax for a couple of years now. 

So he wasn't good in the first year. And the clubs and the fans want instant success.....
