As much as I'd love to see it, this club is never going to go for it. To be honest, we were playing really poor football in new season under him and he also didn't reach the expectations in Schalke On the other hand Gianfranco Zola did a really good in West Ham and Watford, playing free flowing attacking football. Sampaoli, Favre and Koemann are my top candidates

Just because of City getting Pep and maybe United with Mourinho. We can still do good, I mean look at the league. Even smaller teams are doing good. Who would have thought Leicester would be doing this good? All it matters is this summer as you stated. Do you have a manager you would like to see? I for once find the Conte to Chelsea rumors interesting..... I'd like Simeone but if he is not avalible Sampaoli interests me, from what Ive heard he likes attacking footy but isn't afraid to adapt when need, unlike the Wenger's off this world. I know the last time we appointed a manager with no club European football experience failed, but we can't let that put us off forever, just like we can't let Torres put us off making big money moves. Although Conte also sounds appealing purely because of the fact Juve finished 7th the season before he took over which is likely to be our final position give or take one place. Munich was a great underdog story, but we were underdogs for a reason, sheer determination and the gods got us that victory, any otheelr day we would have lost that final 6-0. That's whyi don't like it when Munich is used as an example as to why players should have stayed/play, the lineup that night will be appreciated forever for that reason, but chances are if we made the lineup in Munich the first choice lllineup the following season out of gratitude, we would have probably finished 8th at best. Maybe its time to bring a former club great like Zola and allow him to bring through youngsters playing attacking dynamic football and look long term. Yes, because that's exactly what Zidane did, brought youngsters in and made them play dynamic attacking football. Surely, their form has nothing to do with the fact that they have the most expensive squad in the world and that Zidane used to be Ancelotti's assistant, AKA their best manager in the last 10 years or so. Yea, bring in Zola and give him youngsters, he'll win the treble... Arf.. DANILA and 11Drogba
Fulham Broadway 17,333
We are not having any more 'hire then sack' managers. The football will be run by Buck and Emanalo as it is now, and we will appoint mediocre managers then immediately put them out on loan. True that. And the best way to prove it is by mentioning that he is unemployed at the moment and failed at Schalke. I like Robbie, but that's the truth. Excited to see which players we'll bring in. Stones will definitely be our #1 target. Pogba should be our first choice marquee target. We'll probably also target the likes of Sane & Barkley. Agree on Stones. Think we'll blow away the world record fee for a defender and finally sign him. Maybe the board will do the right thing and keep JT around for another year to help him. Pogba we have zero chance at. City, Barca, Real Madrid, or United are the only clubs with a chance at him. Not sure where Barkley fits at Chelsea to be honest. Unless we sell your boy Oscar. Sideshow Luiz 2,310
Pelligrini doesn't interest me as I think he's under performed at City. With that squad he should be walking the league. Besides the starting XI, the squad is ridiculously deep. This is the same reason that it's another "kit man" job for Pep.
drog.ba 239
Still he's probably be a leading contender, I think he do a similar job to Hiddink and do better then Conte and most other options. I'd probably only take Simeone and possibly Pochettino above him - neither being available.

I think that Arsenal have the best team in England but they are pretty unlucky with all the injuries and their bench is poor. On the other hand all top English teams (Arsenal, Chelsea, City, United) are making pretty stupid, wannabe bargain buys in last seasons. This fact has contributed that league is even more close than ever with mid table clubs doing better buys (Payet, Deulofeu, Cabaye, Wijnaldum ..). It's not a big surprise that english clubs are bad in Europe. Manchester City also needs rebuilding, especially in their midfield with Yaya being beyond his best years and Fernando, Fernandinho and Delph not quite quality enough. But yes, they are probably the most motivated team in England that can splash a lot of money (De Bruyne, Sterling).

Eidur the Spider 4,515
Conte it is then? Quite a lot of noise about him now. Don't really know what to think, time to do some research.
