The Next Manager?

Makes sense - we've already got a Joke for a manager.

Surely Zola and Poyet are in the barrel before we have to go scraping around at the bottom.

As Liquidator has already said no more legends should face humiliation at the hands of the brat and his mob.

I'm actually glad, I rate Guardiola highly but I'd rather get Mourinho or stick with Benitez IF Rafa proves himself further in the second half of the season. Let's admit it, he has done great, minus the game against QPR, others have been 90% because players haven't showed up.

Sorry....I've supported Benitez because in the short term we needed to and it was best for the club, but there is no fucking way I can see myself supporting that fat fucking cunt long-term.

I'm sorry, but I've supported this club in it's decisions because I thought there was some grand plan. Well that's fucked now.

Come home, Jose.

For christ sake, come home.

How is hiring the guy we sacked because he couldn't work with the owner a good idea????

You might be right in that sense. No point appointing a manager, regardless how good or bad he does, to a longer term contract if large porportion of the fans are against him, wouldn't make sense. Let's just look at our home support compared to fantastic away support and results. You've got a fair point...

Who then? Mourinho would be welcome in the eyes of the fans, but Abramovic?

Why dont you guys see this as a good thing? He goes to Bayern to prove he can manage without Iniesta/Xavi/Messi, if he does that successfully then I'd want him, but NOT now, still unproven for me.

I think he'd still be unproven even if he's successful at Bayern, he will inherit a great squad and should easily win the Bundesliga and probably will do well in the Champions League without the expectation to win it every year.

Can't blame him for taking the easy job where he should have instant success. This Chelsea squad has some good young players but Mata and maybe Ramires aside no one really at their peak. Would've taken a couple of years at least I would've thought to get us winning the league.
