We already have a striker who scored a lot of goals in Championship with Tammy.

Is he willing to play 2nd fiddle to Havertz?

Believe me, I would be over the moon if Tammy decides to stay and fight for his role as he can only get better.

Probably not but is Toney ok with coming here on big money and sitting on the bench?

It will be interesting to see whether we are in for a no.1 striker or if our first choice will be to continue with Kai as false 9 and are only looking for a backup.

I think he stays regardless. As a CF3 he is top end.

I’m not sure Giroud would settle for sitting in the bench for a whole season again. He can move to Italy and play most weeks. Reading Twitter, it seems like this extension was triggered months ago with the promise to Oli that he could go for a small fee if someone comes in for him. I doubt he’s going to stay.

Or Tuchel and the club have only Haaland in mind and will go all out next summer. 🤔

Let’s hope not or we’re going to struggle to achieve top 4. And then we have no shot at him. Never mind waiting means a hell of a lot more competition.

I am not so sure. Whilst he has been linked with moves, he is also reportedly very settled in London. It needs to be remembered that he has been living in England for 8 years now and his children have grown up here. I am not so certain he will be that against being a squad player here for similar money he would get in Italy.

I don’t understand why you guys think we will invest heavy on attack. We will play with a back 5 again, Jorginho/ Kovavcic, Kante, and Mount are guaranteed starters. So basically Pulisic, Havertz, Werner, Ziyech, and everyone else are fighting for 2 spots.

It is going to be a very boring summer transfer window.

Buying just a striker isn’t going heavy on attack. Striker, midfielder, and maybe a defender of some sort. Just 3 signings and we can compete for the title.

Atletico apparently interested in Bakayoko, could be helpful if we are really in for Saul

Saul is joining Bayern 😑
