It’s honestly sad and depressing what this club has turned into. We’re out here chasing average players like Kudus and random youngsters, instead of going after proven top-level talent. The team desperately needs a proper center back someone like Ilya Zabarnyi would be ideal. For the left wing, Rodrigo makes perfect sense. Up front? But no, instead we’re being linked with names like Ekitike overhyped, unproven, and now Frankfurt will probably demand €80–100M for him, just because of recent sales. Look at what Man City paid for that Egyptian forward €75M. PSG spent €95M on Kolo Muani. Clubs see us coming from a mile away.

Worse still, we clearly haven’t learned a thing from past mistakes. We keep shopping in the Bundesliga like it’s some magic fix but most of those signings flop. The style of football there is nothing like the Premier League. How many more times do we need to get burned before we stop?

I really miss the Roman Abramovich era. That was a club with ambition, with a winning mentality. Now? It's a shell of what it used to be. You think Roman’s watching this and laughing? Not a chance this has to hurt him, just like it hurts the real fans.

Half this squad is made up of average players. And any fan who truly understands football knows exactly how many top players we actually have you can count them on one hand. No need to say names. Real fans know.

We end up with Kittens who is not better than  Madueke another bundesliga tax after Ekitike .  Looks like another poor window to us with same  even with CL clownlake won't take proven players .

If we do get Kittens, I just hope there is no talk of Kurt Zouma returning.. otherwise Kittens could be in serious trouble 🐱 😈

We could've got Cherki last summer for peanuts but they had to do background checks as if anyone gives a fuck when you have such a talent in your team. Same with Duran, while I didn't want him the alternative was getting some fraud kid called Kelly who we have no clue if he is even a footballer. 

Now instead of targeting the likes of Yidiz, Xavi, Guler, Rogers players who have potential of world class players, we buy some youngsters, players who at best will be decent and nothing more. These guys are clueless.

I get flop vibes from Ekitike. Just something about him when I watch his highlights. Maybe flop is harsh, but he definitely looks like a talent who will come nowhere close to living up to a monster transfer fee. 

You see Florian Wirtz who is going to cost over 100m and he absolutely looks like a 100m talent. Ekitike doesn’t look anywhere near that level. He looks like a player who at 50m you can take a chance on and hope he blows up and eventually becomes top class.

Honestly, it’s crazy when you look at the talents we have been linked with in the past 3 years and who we have actually ended up with. Absolutely mental.

I still stand by what I say the club has already shown me enough to give them the benefit of the doubt when it comes to strikers. 

So if they are big on that Frankfurt guy then go for it. 

As for defense they really have been woeful. Hence the Maignan link I'm not too fuss about. I'm not a fan of that guy. I rather go for someone like Chevalier.
