Not a case of who we nearly signed but argued to much over the price or who chose elsewhere or who messed up but who we manage to sign. He'd probably get a 2 year deal or 1 year with option to extend like Giroud. Obviously his wages would be pretty high I'd imagine but we've moved some big earners from the wage bill over the last 12 months. I've been very vocal about not wasting money in this transfer window to give ourselves the strongest position possible to make moves in the summer but I wouldn't see a huge deal of risk in this. If he struggles, I assume we'd be able to move him on again in the summer, probably to Atletico for a few million and buy a new striker then. But if he does well we may view the striking position with Tammy and Cavani to be fine to move into next season and allow us to focus on other needs in our squad in the summer. I'd just throw the 10m at them, sign him for 18 months He wont take 6 months anywhere, he is out of contract in June and could negotiate another move away at that time. He'd may aswell stay at PSG and do that anyway if that were the case, or sign a pre contract with someone and join in June. anyone signing him will need to offer minimum 12 months.
