Though I must say if Eddie Howe really fancies him there’s a great chance he can become a top player. Howe seems to hit on almost all of the players he fancies and recruits. So we’re going to replace Nkunku with Pedro who is much the same? I guess tbf, João Pedro works MUCH harder for the team than either Felix or Nkunku do. Like I mentioned before, if we’re targeting a player to play behind the striker or as part of a 2 forward lineup I can think of several players I’d have over Pedro. I was afraid of Trafford to Newcastle. I paid over the odds to win a bidding war for Nick Pope in my fantasy league. I've been trying to sell him to other managers or back to the computer but no one will give me what I paid for him. Looks like I'm going to have to take the loss. I can only hope that some Premier League team will come in for Pope, make him their starter, and get me out of trouble. Kudus is very similar to Madueke, but less successful / productive. A very low standard indeed. Madueke is already beneath the level we should have albeit I think its ok to have some squad filler like him, signing more squad filler is not what we need. Unless Madueke is on his way out and Kudus is a vastly cheaper replacement, it would make no sense. We need to be raising the standard not lowering it or just keeping it the same as the worst members of our squad.
