Strike 7,540
Emi Martinez is a wonderful shithouse. Villa are looking to sell him too for PSR reasons Not sure about his ball playing but I'd take him for a cheap fee and give Penders a good loan and ready him for a future transition. Special Juan 28,204
Chelsea and United have both received encouragement from Martinez's camp Vesper
Pizy 18,996
Think he’ll end up at United if they can find some sucker to take Onana off their hands. But I’d 100% take Emi Martinez. At his age he can be the perfect bridge to Penders eventually taking over as #1. Vesper
Special Juan 28,204
Kinsella is reporting that we want two attackers this summer. One being Gittens and another versatile attacker to replace Nkunku if he leaves mkh

DDA 10,001
You just know the writing is on the wall for Santos. Too many briefs about his future coming out.. they are preparing us for his eventual sale. Scumbag owners. bigbluewillie and LAM09 1
ZAPHOD2319 4,824
I’m not sure this Santos situation is reflective of the ownership or Maresca. Santos just needs to be better than the backup players in midfield. We currently are loaded with midfielders. I’m paying more attention to how they handle our academy players that have earned starts and are now significant market value. At what point are people going to stop listening to everything from twitter like it’s gospel truth. More likely these twitter lying bastards have realised Chelsea fans are mostly dumb cunts who believe anything that is written (click bait) and the fans are the fish that keep on biting Edited June 27 by YorkshireBlue chef and LegenTerry 1

No, the agents maybe but not the clubs, Matt law is done for Chelsea, Ben Jacob’s reports for talk sport which we know is shite, fabrizio is a genius as he’s made a fantastic career out of been wrong as much as he’s right

Are you seriously saying that? I don't know so I can't rule out the possibility that what you say is correct. I wouldn't expect that it is however. I think it's more likely that clubs and journalists have a mutually beneficial relationship. The journos understand that they are being used but go along because the information they pass along still drives clicks, readership, viewership, etc. The clubs on the other hand understand that they can't always feed the journalist rubbish because that erodes credibility. If the journalist lacks credibility then it limits the impact of any information leaked through that journo. I can imagine conversations happening along the lines o, "Come on give me two hours head start on the real news when you get it, after all I put out three things for you in the last period of time even though I knew they were just plants." - "Sorry, I can't give you 2 hours because you know I've got to keep up relationships with other people too. I will give you 30 minutes though as a thank you." Fulham Broadway
Special Juan 28,204
I just find it fucking tragic and bizarre that after playing three games in the CWC we haven't given Santos hardly a kick of the ball yet half of Europe are chasing one of the best performing players in Europe last season. If we let Santos go, which it looks like we will it will be nothing but tragic and could be Salah and KdB levels Vesper and bigbluewillie

Maresca has already said he needs time to learn how we play, regardless of if we all think he’s a cunt, the fact is he’s not going to pick some one who doesn’t know the system if he’s been told I needs to go as far as you can! You stick to what you know Maresca is a complete and utter coward and this is why I cannot stand the bloke, he played the likes of Achempong in shite games and lauded praise on him saying how good he was then when it comes to the PL you don't see them for dust yet we continue with a shit under performing Gusto. Maresca is scared to take risks, and risks with these young lads have to be taken, and I mean the last twenty mins of a game where we are leading 2-0, they learn from training and learn more from playing. We have just played LAFC and ES Tunis and Santos and Ach have had a small sniff, by playing Santos he won't kill your chances of winning or losing the CWC, we need and Marseca needs to to stop cowering, grow some back bone and play the likes of Santos or he's gone. Only a few days ago we shot the Ach rumors down with immediate effect but every week we have heard Santos briefs and nothing is being shot down. Romano and Ornstein, journos at Guardian and The Athletic respectively, have become synonymous with the transfer window and hold the most elusive card in the game — the final word. When they break a piece of transfer news, its veracity is never questioned. Its only then I take any notice. Until then its rumour, people twatting on twitter, X or whatever its called these days - mostly bollocks to get people moist.
