His team will be doing everything they can to get him out to the best suitor, another big wage off the bill and money in the bank to spend elsewhere. I genuinely feel like there’s now basically no drop off in quality when we rotate our attacking options. I’d feel confident and comfortable when any of Nkunku/Palmer/Noni/Felix/Neto play. Mudryk is the only one now that’s iffy I guess. Elsewhere, it looks like the outgoing activity is finally kicking into overdrive now. Good. C'mon now. Madueke & Mudruyk are basically unknown quantities. You know they could offer something on a good day, but you wouldn't put much hope on them doing so. Felix's ability has never been in question; it's his mentality that has been. Would this deal have happened if Gallagher went to an EPL club or we actually stuck to our guns with the "overwhelming" interest in Samu? My guess is rather unlikely.
