Problem with Havetz is that really is about his worth- I think people are crazy thinking we can get our money back on him, no chance.

And in our 2 most important matches vs Real, the best player on pitch was Havertz

Real Madrid wanting him and Havertz being poor makes no sense. He is 24, German, and has a cl winning goal to his name. In La liga he will be a lot stronger physically. 

They can pay up or f*ck off, same for united with Mount. Both players can prove useful to Poch. And this BS he doesn't want to be here. What will he do? Stop playing and destroy his career? If the team wins, magically all players playing are extremely happy - that is life. Anyone here happy at his job every day??

Bloke scored 7 goals all season, granted a poor season for the club but if he is as high on the shelf as you claim a good player shines a lot of the time, he hasn't glistened, he's been garbage. Since we signed him he hasn't even improved from his Leverkusen days, he's actually gone backwards because we simply do not see him gliding past players and playing wonderful through balls, his finishing is shite but that wasn't the case in Germany.

Maddison has the English tax. Havertz does not. We really are in a poor position for selling players and getting top money for them.

I'd still stand by my point that if our poor and terrible players are wanted by Real Madrid, PSG, Bayern, City or whoever else and suddenly are more than solid there, it means that problem is something else than players themselves.

Fact that every promising or basically good player (cheers, KK) suddenly goes full dogshit here only adds to it. I hope this window won't be a third in a row round of replacing every position with more of the same, only way more expensive. We can as well hold to Mount and Havertz and see what Poch can do with them instead of giving them away for 1/3 of their worth and freaking finally get the satellite club together to actually develop the 68826 "young and hungry" players we amassed in two previous windows instead of tossing them at top PL football and expect miracles from random youngsters team with no leader, captain or Chelsea identity whatsoever.

Yes. Buying a club and spending 600m on players yet immediately removing backroom staff, trainers, all the backroom faces that made us great is fundamental in our demise. I am afraid even getting the Foo Fighters physio in as a replacement can't save the day. Hopefully lessons have been learned and the Ted Lasso days are over.

The club were obviously trying hard to get Ugarte in early and were in the verge of doing so, so it’s strange that following that failure we haven’t immediately advanced on others in the week since. Not even a peep about us bidding for or negotiating with any clubs about midfielders. Just a vague “Chelsea really like Caicedo.” Yeah, us and about 5 other clubs. What are we actually doing about it?

And still not the faintest hint about wtf we’re going to do about a striker. There have been ZERO tangible links to strikers for the one club in world football who desperately needs one more than any other.
