If signing the likes of Kounde and Raphinha at our expense means fukcing with us... then am all in for it....move on Gvardiol Skriniar and other great targets in market.

I doubt they would like to come.

as it stands

if we roll with the team we have now

no more adds

almost zero chance we finish top 4

the pressure on Sterling and KK will be insane too

And this is why people panic when there isn't much going on in the window..

Though not for lack of trying this time I guess

No option but to go this route. There is no point filling the squad with punts like Pavard or Timber or whoever.

Timber just renewed (not that I fancy him anyway) and Pavard is a RB, he sucks as a CB

Skriniar bid (and Gvardiol too, if we do not have faith in Colwill) are the only two truly class CB's left on the table

KK played 80-90% on the right side last season btw

likely add Kounde to the rest of the misses

Aurélien Tchouameni
Christopher Nkunku  (although he now has a reasonable release clause for 2023, so all is not lost)
Matthijs de Ligt
Marquinhos (pretty much a pipe dream anyway, but we did try)
Milan Skriniar  (likely)
Serge Gnabry
Gavi  (was always unlikely, but damn, what a player)
Ronald Araújo
Gabriel Jesus
Raphinha
Robert Lewandowski
Presnel Kimpembe    (likely)
Bremer
Ryan Gravenberch
Josko Gvardiol  (although he now has a reasonable release clause for 2023, so all is not lost)
Yves Bissouma
Niklas Süle
Nico Schlotterbeck
Ousmane Dembélé
Hugo Ekitiké

Boubacar Kamara

I think the most likely outcome is us panicking and spending an absurd amount overpaying for Kimpembe or even going back with something unforgivable like £55-60m for Aké.

Kimpembe doesn't want to come here...

This Romero leak seems like a Barca ploy to put pressure on Kounde and buy time
