Crazy if the case, if it is to go see Barca for talks I think it's refreshing to see an owner putting in the donkey work and making such efforts says alot about the bloke imo.

Well you have to keep in mind Boehly is new to the football scene and is also meeting new people. There will always be a difference with meeting someone new face to face and through a conference call.

Boehly and Eghbali are there.  I think that this development is slight overkill just to sell Alonso and/or Azpi.   FdJ or Dest being discussed i reckon, too

It may not even be about specific players. Like his meeting with Jorge Mendes a couple of weeks ago, Boehly is likely just trying to establish new relationships with the power players in the world of football.

If Mino Raiola hadn’t just passed away I’m sure you’d see video of Boehly meeting with him, too.

I don’t believe spending big on subpar players, that is what they are, and both City and PSG know that. I would gladly take Koulibaly, he is top CB. 

Marc Guehi didn’t have any PL experience, and he had an exceptional season at Palace. If we are playing playing 3 CB then I am very comfortable with Colwill, I don’t even rate Chalobah and he did very well. The reason Rudigar and Christensen improved under Tuchel is playing in a 3 CB there is more protection and less area to cover.

As far as Boehly is probably concerned, the Sterling situation is done so he can move onto other matters. When the club announces it is up to them.

I mean, you do want the person responsible for negotiating players to negotiate for those players right?

If we didn’t have like 16 midfielders currently on our books I’d start to get a bit excited. But this is the area of our team that is in the best shape. I find it impossible to believe that De Jong is even a consideration at this moment in time.
