Assuming that this means increases to their basic pay, and not just bigger bonuses, £197.5k shouldn't be out of reach. Certainly it's within a range where any shortfall the club would enforce to protect the wage structure could be negotiated away with a marginally increased signing bonus. The bigger issue with Rodrygo seems more likely to be persuading him to join rather than paying him. P.S. It isn't the case. If he fixes the 1%ers in his game, he becomes a great player. He is a very damaging player for the most part in the middle of the field. You either have natural finishing ability or it takes a number of seasons to get better at it. Jackson has upside to his game but would he be starting for our top 4 rivals? Selling Chalobah or Adarabioyo would be diabolical.. They are proven, reliable, HG, don't cry for minutes but very solidy even coming from the bench. At the moment Chalobah and Tosin are 2nd/3rd in packing order, definetly not the players we should consider to offload.
