Well, surprised we’ve not gone in with the final bid yet - maybe we are waiting for Caicedo to get more angry and public about this BS. Maybe the rumour that they had agreement he can leave in summer was all BS, in which case this deal is likely not happening as he’s just signed a massively long contract and they’re under no pressure to sell UNLESS that agreement was real.

Honestly just get in Lavia or another player and let’s approach this from a position of strength. The depth in MF will be good.

Amrabat will definitely be going to United now apparently. So that’s one less fall back option if Caicedo doesn’t come.

That’s an annoyingly solid signing for them. Amrabat + Casemiro in a big game will be hell to play through.

Not sold von Amrabat tbh. He was great at the WC, but so was Ziyech. His league ratings and stats are very average, wasnt even a starter before last season and even last season he wasnt a nr1 fix starter, only having 11 league games with 90 mins, so having 1 average season at Fiorentina, naah.

He’s not world class or anything but very solid. Upgrade on Fred and McTimonay for sure.
