Pizy 18,941
Don’t sign a midfielder this month, PLEASE Chelsea. Since Enzo is off the table do NOT go and settle for our 3rd or 4th choice alternative. That’s how we’re in this mess right now as it is. Settling instead of waiting for the right player. DDA 9,941
Felix is a classy player... and ig we get his full potential then obviously he will be a great addition. To those who say what's he difference between him, Mount and Havertz... I mean really !! Is that even a question!! Felix is lightyears ahead in technical ability. Although this transfer is only a 6 month loan? It reeks of desperation. How does this help the rebuilding process or help GP in the long term... you can't build an attack around a player who is on a 6 month loan for fuck sake. dimmas
Vegetable 830
Yeah, paying big time for third fourth best choice for positions we have already covered doesn't really sound like very new way of doing transfer business here Edited January 9, 2023 by Vegetable

I want to believe there is gentleman agreement if he does good and we have some sort of first buy option, I mean I know Boehly and co don't respect agreements but other clubs might. Yeah, but it's not like he is desperately looking for a way out of Atleti because he is at his prime… This really have Saul written all over it. And I remember the analysis that pointed he is falling apart with Simeone because he is not doing well in rigid system where he has to defend, so… ehrm, not quite what we need from player I guess. We already tried to integrate player outside the tactics in form of Lukkaku… Edited January 9, 2023 by Vegetable

TheHulk 2,475
I guess shipping him to Atletico is always an option. Think he would be decent under Simeone. OhForAGreavsie, Blue Armour and Vesper

Yep, as I said, I do like him but spending £50m right now is crazy. He has just joined Southampton and has looked good but also picked up an injury that had kept him out for a while. Southampton, I would like to stay up as always had a little soft spot for them, but may well go down this season would surely not be able to demand £50m next season and unless we have a direct plan for him, no point spending out that money imo. 1 hour ago, Gundalf said: U talking about Enzo or Lavia? 🤣 Both prices were well inflated imo, but I was referring to Lavia. Enzo was with a view to immediately start, while I doubt Lavia would be.
Pizy 18,941
Really don’t get the constant bashing and shitting on Boehly. For me he has made 1 massively terrible decision (possibly 2 with the Enzo disaster) and that was the sacking of Tuchel rather than sticking with him through the bump in the road. About 95% of clubs in the world would swap owners with us if they could due to the willingness to spend a gargantuan amount in transfers. I’ll give him a couple of years to see how this planning works out before passing judgment. Not his fault that all these supposedly top class players he spend a fortune on have all been poor simultaneously. These were mostly all players we were happy with entering the season, remember. dimmas and Fernando

Simon Jordan , ex crystal palace owner. Said on talk sport this morning, he's not surprised TT was sacked with the things going on behind closed doors, but he will leave it to TB to report it to the media, not his place.
