I don't see anything in Kennedy to select him over CHo, pulisic, Pedro, willian. 

pasalic as a back up to kante would be interesting. 

Mvg is done sadly. No way he cones back from this injury and remains a top level player.

Age is on his side, so I prefer selling one of the oldies and giving him a go. Sadly, you might right when it comes to the latter.

He scored a goal every other game before getting injured again too. Some players just don't have luck in that regard.

Nope. I'd would use him as a back up winger against tiring teams.

Kennedy is not, and never has been, good enough for a top end Premier League club. If he is in our squad next season it will be an indication that our ambition to regain title challenger status is not going well.

The suggestion was based on our ban not being overturned. If you think we'll be challenging for the title with a ban in place, you're more optimistic than most Chelsea fans.

I do understand the point the other poster is making. I am of the same opinion too.

It's simply not about who we have out on loan or not. It's about having the best possible squad. Even with willian and Pedro on the wrong side of 30, those 2 will still be miles ahead of Kennedy.

I would prefer us to have depth and potentially part way with Barca's dream purchase regardless of the ban.

Kenedy is more than adequate to do a job IMO.
