With our board making signings I wouldn't be so sure. I also doubt that Mourinho said "yes" to Djilobodji and Michael Hector but they were still signed.

I really don't get why this is so hard to understand... Djilobodji was purchased to make up the numbers since we couldn't purchase our real target(Stones) Michael Hector is a HG prospect who was well sought after from tons of premier league teams, he was purchased with the notion that we can make a profit off him later.

Guus absolutely has say in who he gets to work with, I don't know why you would think otherwise.

I really don't mind this deal, especially as it's a try before you buy type of thing.  Still, another player that would do better in a 433 than what we play.  If feel if we had anyone but Remy yesterday, it would have been at least 2-0, maybe 3
