SinineUltra 1,170
Hopefully people will stop prematurely calling Mourinho a traitor and whatnot now...Didn't skim through all of the previous pages, but were there really people like that? I mean it's not a given fact that Mourinho is only Chelsea bound, we don't OWN him. Wherever he goes I'll wish him good luck, but signs are that he might end up back here. I haven't seen any news about Mancini getting axed, though some people are very sure that they will get a new manger also at the end of the season. Have I been living under a rock or is there truth to this? The Skipper
The only place to be 11,313
The timing seemed perfect for them, it was too much of a coincidence.Thankfully it looks like Moyes is now nailed on for United, thank fuck..You weren't alone in having a moment of fear. I felt sick for a bit when the links to Mourinho started coming out. Everyone needs a bit of a meltdown every now and then.
Popular Post! Jase 43,479 Posted May 9, 2013 Popular Post! Share Posted May 9, 2013 Traitor. After all the teasing/hinting and manipulating of Chelsea fans, ever since the Inter appointment, he's forever scum..I will mentally white wash him from history.Mourinho is dead to me, just the fact that he had the sheer 'cheek' to tease us about returning for years.Burn the museum, we never won back to back titles. Forever a traitor. So, are you gonna come running back now and treat him like a returning hero again? xPetrCechx, Reddish-Blue, bababoom and 5 others

Will be interesting to see how patient United fans are if it goes tits up SinineUltra and The Skipper
bushman 2,043
Wigan players know they won´t beat Citeh loggers. Therefore, they will play hard against Le arsens to stay in PL & I hope, they will beat Arsenal which could knock them out of CL next year. :getin: yuvala and xPetrCechx

Popular Post! manpe 10,861 Posted May 9, 2013 Popular Post! Share Posted May 9, 2013 He become the face of a newly invested, multi million pound squad that was being given all the superstar names under the sun.Who exactly were those 'superstars' he signed?2004/05: Drogba, Kezman, Ferreira, Carvalho, Tiago, Robben, Nuno Morais (Can't see any superstar names there, a few of them became later in their careers)2005/06: Essien, SWP, Lassana Diarra, Del Horno, Jarosik (Again, no superstars, Essien arguably became one later in his career)2006/07: Ballack, Shevchenko, Obi Mikel, Kalou, Boulahrouz, Ashley Cole (Now this is where some serious superstars joined, namely Ballack and Sheva and maybe even Cole could have been somewhat considered one at the time, but reportedly Jose didn't even want them and coincidentally this was the season when everything started going downhill, with superstar additions)2007/08: Malouda, Tal Ben Haim, Claudio Pizarro (Again, who was a renowned name here? Perhaps only Malouda, but he was far from being a superstar or even world class)The misconception that Mourinho only signed the biggest names with the reformation transfer budget is just that, a misconception. During the third season the board started capitalizing on newly found success and instantly dug their claws into available big name signings, namely Ballack and Sheva. They were the only genuine superstar names added to squad list during Jose's time and there is general agreement that they weren't even his signings. Some of the players (namely Drogba, Robben, Cole, Essien, Carvalho) became world class and famous under him, but when he signed them, they were basically nobodies.
