Heisenberg 1,824
True but one should never trust 100% what a player/manager/owner/CEO etc say in football. They have always said one thing and then commit something else that contradict to what they said.Yeah, they'll surely think twice if José is available, but I just dont think it will happen, Ancelotti is loved at Paris, yes he lost the title last year to an exceptionally lucky Montpellier, but this year he'll win the double, the league is secured, the Cup isnt far.Carlo also is much more respected after Barca's match, french media talked & wrote like its a victory for Paris, and hailed Carlo's tactic, a great 4-3-3. You don't often get a chance to sign one of the best managers in the world, if not the best manager right now. The temptation could be hard to resist. And Ancelotti played a 4-4-2/4-4-1-1 against Barca, not a 4-3-3.

Miracle 249
However, the current coach of Real Madrid has not yet signed the refusal of his former club to give him full powers in recruitment. "The coach does not preclude continued another season at Real if Abramovich, owner of London club continues to deny full authority to recruit and sell players," said the newspaper, citing sources Gestifute, the company of Jorge Mendes, agent Mourinho. The Russian owner of Chelsea Mourinho would have offered the coaching. "If he can earn enough time, Mourinho believes that triumph in the Champions League would give it a lever action Abramovich enough to get the power that it denied" the newspaper said. milka 3,395
Jose Mourinho disappointed with Chelsea offer, and won't commit to clubEl Pais in Spain today have a really interesting article on Jose Mourinho and his proposed return to Chelsea. They start off by saying that the Real Madrid manager finally got his Chelsea offer in the last week of March, after waiting for the club to contact him since October. However, rather than it being the start of the deal being closed it has only managed to open up old problems and create something of a gap between Mourinho and Abramovich. The Russian owner is said to just want Mourinho to be the manager of the team and players available, rather than have a more powerful role. Mourinho would prefer to be in control of everything including transfers and won't commit to Chelsea with the offer the way it is at the moment. This has left Chelsea worried that they may lose the Mourinho option and both sides are a bit worried about what the other may do. It fits in with an El Confidencial article published a week ago, they claimed that Marina Granovskaia had been sent to Madrid to sort out the situation. El Confidencial reckoned that Abramovich is a bit worried because Mourinho won't commit, which was the opposite of much being reported in England. Marina Granovskaia is Abramovich's right hand woman and bringing her in would be a signal that his intentions were serious.Nevertheless, it doesn't change the gap in what each man wants from the situation and El Pais explain that Mourinho is going to give the situation some space, hope he can win the Champions League and then force Abramovich to give him more power. The Portuguese manager already holds all the cards with Real Madrid likely to not want to lose him, PSG always in the picture and Chelsea continually linked. A Champions League win would take that to a whole new level and mean that he could demand more, both in terms of power and finance. El Pais suggest their source is from Gestifute, Mourinho's agents led by Jorge Mendes - so it would be a pretty solid source of information.Mourinho is apparently upset that Abramovich doesn't trust him enough to give him full control. The whole thing sounds somewhat like an elaborate mating ritual and the two men will no doubt posture further for the new couple of months before having to make a decision over whether to commit. Given that it fits in with other reports and that the behaviour from both men sounds about right, this story sounds like it could be close to the current truth.
