Happening too often now, just let the lad go and be done with it. Not going to get any playing while Ivanovic and Azpi are fit so fucking sell him, the lads wants to play and we aren't the team that can offer it.

Easy to blame a youngster and claim he hasn't performed. But Baba truly needs the full backing of the manager which means he should be starting LB regularly allowing him to grow in confidence and reach his potential. I've seen enough in the handful of games he has played for us to say he has the potential to be a fantastic LB except here at Chelsea we'd rather play a right footed RB as LB paired with an old donkey in Ivanovic.

I am empathic to Baba speaking to the media like he has. Seems like he's not a stupid kid just to sit and warm the bench while watching donkeys like Ivanovic and Oscar starting every game irrespective of performance and ability. Maybe with the stupid hierarchy we have at Chelsea he will become another Bertrand or De Bruyne and shipped out as shit goods but turn out to be a gem in another team where they appreciate investing in youth with great potential on the pitch and not just in their transfer & profit policies.

I don't sugarcoat Ivanovic performances, far from it, what I do say is him out of the team won't change an awful lot to the team dynamic, same will be case with Baba in/out but still....

Also I don't think Baba is awful, he's just been bad for us, he's young so got time, but right now all that will change swapping Ivan for him is what side flank the opposition target.

If I had it my way we would sign a new fullback this January and have both as back up, Baba is young so has time to improve, but apart from Kiev at home, were in his defense he kept Yarmalenko on a leash all night, I've seen nothing from him that excites me, compared to Kenedys displays at left back which massively got my attention.

Ivanovic has been much worse. We know that Ivanovic wont improve but Baba has potential.

Nobody is over-rating Baba, they can't, he's hardly played. The annoyance comes because Brana has been so poor yet nothing has changed, his poor form never even saw him dropped, he only missed out due to injury. Baba will not get better on the bench, he should of got more game time but due to a stubborn manager who thought the sun shone out of Iva's arse we have had to put up with his shit performances week in and week out. 

So when does he get a chance? We have a natural right back playing LB and a kid who needs blooding sat on the bench rotting at the expense of a bloke who hasn't put in a decent game this season for me.

So much wrong with this football clubs outlook it's fucking scary.

Baba has not convinced either of the Chelsea managers he's played for that he merits a place in the side. Baba can hope that Guus's mind is not already set against him but it's a mistake to see this a Mourinho issue.

we are 14th in the league table or is it 15th? i dont know, dont remember and honestly dont even want to look at the table this season. and iva is one of the main reasons of why we are in this position. so it only tells me that one of the manager (who has already been sacked) made a massive massive mistake adn the other one is doing the same.
