Bir_CFC 3,455
The FA plays by it's own rules. They hand out decisions and throw the burden of proof on the defendants to exonerate themselves. Work in a completely opposite manner as the justice system. So, the FA doesn't have to prove it was intentional, rather we have to prove that it was unintentional. However as mentioned, we all know the FA are a bunch of cunts - doesn't matter now anyways . Muzchap, iseah100 and dUMB
Popular Post! Spike 12,049 Posted January 28, 2015 Author Popular Post! Share Posted January 28, 2015 Because there was nothing on the field. No ruling made. They're finding something out of nothing.Look, I'm just going by what type of person Costa is. He is a dirty footballer always has been. He has spat (and blown snot) on Sergio Ramos more than Suarez has bitten people. He is without a doubt the most hated player in Spain since Luis Figo. Even if he didn't mean to do it during the Liverpool match, on another day it would have been intentional. This is the type of player we have, he is dirty, a pest that gets under people's skin. He will take any chance given to piss someone off. DYC., bababoom, Cosmin and 3 others

JDY 1,290
I don't have a problem with him getting charged, but I do have a problem with the FA's consistency when charging/not charging players for violent conduct. Why do some players escape punishment when it's even more deliberate and intentional than others? Also where was the media and the back pages on the papers with 'Sterling crime!' after he deliberately attempted to punch a Swansea player? Spike 12,049
I don't want him to be suspended but by all means he should be. So should Can, Cahill, Henderson and every other player that exhibits this sort of behaviour. I have no problem with Diego being suspended but I do have a probelm with FA and it's consistency. Popular Post! OhForAGreavsie 6,075 Posted January 28, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted January 28, 2015 Interesting. Aguero jumps, with undeniable intent, on David Luiz and, what's more, does so with a clear stamping motion. Officials admit that they did not see the incident but the FA fail to charge Aguero because, they say, the officials were in position to see the assault. Charlie Adam attacks a Chelsea player twice having first looked around to zero in on Dave's face. No charge. Roony, and others, stamp on opponents and are not charged, but Costa does not stamp on anybody and is charged. On a scale of zero to zero, how surprised are we?Costa is not innocent. His action was deliberate and he deserved a sanction for it. Whether his transgression amounts to violent conduct is something I'd doubt but my real gripe is that yet again Chelsea players are singled out. iseah100, Barbara, Muzchap and 2 others
