Belgiannutt 3,201
Any in depth videos of Costa out there? Not just the ones with his goals and shitty techno background music. Not really in depth but here's a video of Costa vs Real with english commentary. No music. Really shows his fightermentality and his clever off the ball movement, I think the scoutnation video is also a pretty good video. He really seems like a handfull for central defenders. clever runs, extremely alert and he doesn't shy away from a physical battle. The Chels 2,502
Seems that in games against less defensive teams Costa's intelligent runs serve him well. I'm not sure how he'll fare against parked buses because he's not very good in tight spaces.
Popular Post! CHOULO19 24,332 Posted July 27, 2014 Popular Post! Share Posted July 27, 2014 Really? The Chelsea website itself has quoted him saying it. http://www.chelseafc.com/news/latest-news/2014/07/first-words--diego-costa.htmlEdit: just found it. Chelsea mistranslated him then I guess. http://www.marca.com/2014/07/25/en/football/spanish_football/1406286003.htmlThe Chelsea TV interviews with the new signings are getting incredibly embarrassing. "How easy of a decision was it to come to Chelsea?" Really? Might as well go full scouse and ask would he agree that Chelsea are the biggest club in England... Yep the whole thing tends to be very cringeworthy like when Fabregas was asked about the young players and he said he had only trained a couple of times so didn't really know
Tomo 21,751
The RAWK thread on Mourinho is truly sickening. They're obsessed by him, but what else do you expect from that gutter club.About Costa's Mourinho comments. I read a retraction on Marca.com with Costa basically saying he never said that and how Simeone is still his numero uno. What do you expect from them, such a bitter, twisted group of individuals, should have seen what the liverpool around me were saying about Oscar because he had the sheer cheek to score in front of the kop. With most fans is just banter, most of those lot are genuine cunts who need a straight jacket. MrExcalibur100 7,124
Impressed because he's sharper than I expected for his first pre-season game. Ran the channels well and combined his pace and power to aplomb. His forte. Brutal, class finish too.

If there was a concrete wall ahead of him he would run straight through and still score Great goal, great start for him!
Blue Armour 4,439
Even in the first half, when he really didn't have much end product...was really happy to see his hold-up play...haven't seen seen that kind of hold-up play since Drogba's time here and now even he's back. The club is going all out to fix the cracks... kellzfresh
Ollie 4,400
Certainly a confidence boosting start. Him and Cesc could be the key partnership all season. Brilliant, confident, deadly finish.
