Since when?

Torres re-joined Atletico on January 7 and has only scored 3 goals. In the same period, Costa has got 4 (1 against Newcastle, 2 vs Swansea and 1 vs Tottenham).

Espn gave me the wrong stats, but diego scored only 3 as well, since the spur goal was counted as an own goal.

Difference was real madrid and barca vs swansea and newcastle

That's probably just because it's time for your annual eye exam :-)

He's a great finisher, albeit the run of bad misses he had in the beginning of the season. Stats don't lie, but of course you couldn't see them...

Salah is a free roaming player, a role that does not exist in Mourinho's game plans. This is all that it boils down to, when it comes to Salah. He should have not brought him to Chelsea in the first place.

I can name a dozen European teams that would beat any English team, any given Sunday, so please spare me the Italy/Spain/Germany has a weaker/easier league bullshit.

You can name a dozen teams that would absolutely beat us AND City?

Go on...

The guy's point is that the Premier League might be the world's richest league, but that doesn't make it the best by definition.

English teams have been disappointing in Europe for years. Yes, Chelsea is the exception, winning two cups, but the football shown getting them will not have brought a massive legion of new fans since most of the parking the bus jokes are made at Chelsea's expense.

And apparently, everyone seems to be able to beat City, since this is the first time ever they even passed the CL group stage with their billion dollar team. They're not close to the top 10 teams in Europe, both in results and style of play.

Oh no! SELL COSTA!! BRING BACK TORRES!!!

You just gotta love it when people turn all petty and find ways to discredit a player of the goals he has scored to suit their argument. So, what if Torres has scored against Barcelona and Real Madrid? Those came in cup competitions and in the league, he hasn't even found the net yet to stop Atletico from falling off the pace. Take those 3 goals out, Torres has done f*ck all for Atletico!

Not a player that will fit into the team Mourinho wants. The Shrewsbury game will be all he'll be remembered for.

Juan has a different skill-set, hopefully we can get the best out of that.

I will remember him for his performances in the Stoke game at home last season, Swansea where he didn't finish his chances well but played good, his Arsenal goal and his superb pace.

People will, but players are mostly identified with their weaknesses, and to Jose's ideology its far too big to ignore.

Nice response. Could be, I've been programming like crazy for quite a while, but I still see like an eagle in the 2-3 meters in front of me :D

His finishing hasn't impressed me. I'm not saying it's bad, but nothing spectacular. I still remember this:

And some other efforts that GK simply picked up when he was here. Even some finishes at Fiorentina seemed like something I got used to seeing saved by the goalkeepers. And hey, most of his goals come when he's storming down towards the goalkeeper and only needs to finish one on one to get his goal. I don't think that's something incredible about him. What's more important for Salah is his movement of the ball when team is on the attack, and I applaud that, that perhaps his biggest quality. It's at least equal to Schurrle's.

But don't get me wrong, I'm not criticizing him because I don't like him. As a matter of fact, I was really happy when we brought him and really wanted him to succeed here. I enjoy his pace and how he makes commentators mubble Salalalalalala xD

I just myself not agreeing with the media trying to make his move to Fiorentina one of the worst transfer decisions we did.

And by no means, I don't think other leagues are easy. Italy just is slower and I believe lots of you will agree on that. It's crazy how even most skillful players in the PL struggle with how little time on the ball they have.

And I guess we can conclude our exchange of words in your sentence:

He should have not brought him to Chelsea in the first place.

Here are 6 European teams that can absolutely beat us and ManC on any home and away tie, hands down:

Real Madrid

Barcelona

A. Madrid

PSG

Bayern

Porto

Here are 6 others that would make it to the top 4 in the EPL:

Valencia

Villarreal

Sevilla

Juventus

Lazio

Dortmund

I think you can put Napoli, Roma, Wolfsburg and Monaco in this list, they are strong teams also, and Juventus must be in the first list.
