Lol, I'm all for an English core but this is bollocks.

Skipper, instead of using stupid words like Bollocks, prove me wrong. Let's actually have a debate as to why Chelsea have choked this season. Why can we beat PSG at home but not Sunderland? Why do we bottle games that we should easily win, but end up shooting ourselves in the foot. Oscar played like he was forced to yesterday.

Can't believe people are still hiding behind the " no striker" excuse.....YES it is a factor...but can you not see that the three behind are creating bugger all as well? we have ONE decent CDM in Matic and that's it!

the team is farked and it's not going anywhere quickly.

Not saying "you have to be English to win the premier League". You need that English core to remind the rest of the idiots what they are playing for. I don't need to explain myself to a guy that started supporting Chelsea when we signed Hazard.

Better supporter then you apparently considering the fact you've just called all of the non-English players on our team idiots and mercenaries.

If you genuinely believe all non-English Chelsea players don't want to win the PL and need English players telling them how important it is then you need to get your head checked.

You wanna know why we struggle to break down Sunderland but beat PSG? Why we end up demolishing Arsenal 6-0 and 7 days later lose 1-0 to Crystal Palace ? It has nothing to do with motivation.

It's quite simple really. It's all about tactics.

We're a team that's set up to counterattack. We thrive on sitting deep and letting the opposition come at us and when they do we pounce.

We press them when they're most vulnerable, grab the ball and exploit the spaces they left.

They open themselves up and we just try and profit from it. Problem is that smaller teams don't attack us, they wait, sit deep and if they attack they never do it with many players. So there aren't any spaces to exploit.

Our pressing game also doesn't work against smaller teams cause they're more then happy to just lump it forward.

Our inability to break down teams also comes from not having the proper personal to do it.

We lack a quality striker. Someone who can make proper runs, finish chances and also provide some more individual brilliance to the team.

We lack a Creative CM. Someone who can pull the strings, pass the ball quickly and accurately. Someone who can get the ball to our front four without them having to step out of the opponents final third.

We lack Fullbacks that can support our attack. Azpi can do it but he's playing on the wrong side and he's usually the most defensive fullback (probably to make sure Terry never gets isolated in a 1 on 1 with a pacy winger)

So please just stop with the ridiculous allegations and stop insulting our players.

NOW you are just being paranoid YNWA .. I think the W stands for W*nk

No not paranoid, realistic.

A few examples. Sturridge dived in full view and got Vidic sent off against united. Suarez inexplicably escaped 2nd yellow against City, again obvious to all but the officials. Sterling dived and got a penalty against Fulham. Skirtel has escaped punishment all season long for constant shirt pulling, elbowing, and pulling to the ground of opponents. Referees have blindspots now and then, granted, but are not permanently miopic.

Sorry, Mourinho is spot on with his comments

lol

I remember that this gary gordon guy used to laugh at my posts as soon as I joined this forum. He is probably the most prejudiced forum member around, not only that, but he is easily the most stupid person I have ever read in this forum.

Hazard is our best players this season, and he does not have english blood, last season it was Mata, the season before, Drogba, today our best player on the pitch was Willian, days ago the player that scored an own goal in a vital game against Crystal Palace was english, the best player of the season so far is from Uruguay.

4 years later he became the laughable one.

idk if im too optimistic. but imo there's high chance we still can win the league. about 20% (that's pretty high)

we win at anfield, and give liverpool pressure against pullis' side. they're very brilliant lately

You have no idea what you are posting here, it´s all unexplainable.

you are not alone. just on tuesday, people thought city were "out o the title race". LOL.

this PL winner will be decided only with the ref's final whistle. nothing can be taken for granted. norwich have to put in a decent show and get a result. all the 3 teams behind them are barely a result away from throwing them in the relegation. norwich will give their all today. same goes for wba against city. palace is in wonderful form and CAN take points of one or both city and pool. city even have to go to goodison. the PL is FAR from over.

There's still a chance we can win the league and Liverpool winning their last FOURTEEN league games in a row is an unlikely (although amazing) feat, but we have to look at ourselves in this run in.

We've lost to Aston Villa, Crystal Palace and Sunderland. The squad simply isn't ready yet but we are most definitely moving in the right direction. The core is coming together, but we have players like Mikel, Ba, Torres, Cole and Luiz (as a defender) who Jose simply doesn't want or trust to play in this team. This isn't his team yet but teams aren't built in the first season usually.

I think the title will end as follows:

Liverpool and Norwich draw.

We beat Liverpool at Anfield.

Chelsea and Liverpool both have 78 points going into the last two games, Liverpool lead on GD.

Meanwhile Manchester City beat West Brom and Crystal Palace while losing to Everton, leaving them on 77 points.

Liverpool beat Palace, Chelsea beat Norwich, Manchester City beat Aston Villa.

Last game of the season: Liverpool 81, Chelsea 81, Manchester City 80.

Manchester City beat West Ham.

Liverpool draw with Newcastle.

Chelsea beat Cardiff. Cardiff beat Chelsea

Chelsea 81

Manchester City 83

Liverpool 82

We are just not good enough.

Against Teams like sunderland we must to lead at least 2-0 at HT. It's a fucking championship title decisive game!

We just like to pass pass pass around the box/ shoot like a shit outside the box and nothing else. wasting our time...

boring, shit game... waiting for someone (hazard) to do some brilliant move...

We were shit against sunderland, against Palace etc etc...

TBF, We should lose to WBA earlier this season, and lose jose's record.

like against palace, 1 good chance during the all match. it's a fucking disaster. we want to will the title like that?!

and what a miss from ba yesterday. that tells the whole story of this season. too many ups and downs, especially from our "strikers".

No Decent Full-backs, that can normally cross.

Oscar is very weak this season.

For next season- New stiker+ Lukaku.

New LB, move azpi to right, Iva only as a CB.

Ramires Out- new Creative CM.

Oscar out for a good price ( if still anyone want to offer 40 mil for him)...

<_<

If only.can't see them messing up now plus goal diff.be nice though

Norwich actually played ok in their last game but it's a tough ask to beat a team with this type of momentum and belief. They've come into form at exactly the right time, whereas we're having to focus on Champions League football as well whilst losing our best player to injury.

If we're not in the CL then Hazard probably doesn't get injured and we don't rest players like Luiz for the game against Atletico. When we've already got a thin squad, these things matter but in a manager's first season in charge that's the way things tend to go.

Jose has looked at the squad he had and decided that certain players (Essien, Mata, De Bruyne) don't fit and he'll chop off more dead wood in the summer too.
